I had trouble connecting, which was probably due to my age. I'm sure my grandsons could have done it without the instructions! Would buy again.

Sound quality is decent and much better than similar budget earbuds (no way comparable to the pixel buds pros, sony wmxh4 etc), they are probably as good as sony wmxh4s on calls though.

Surprisingly good for outdoor exercises

The auto volume adjustment feature works quite well at countering wind noises, and I think I may prefer them over my bone-conducting headphones for my bike rides.

Most importantly I was missing meat size tips which exactly what I need to fit in my ear correctly. I end up spending another $25 to get replacement tips. Even know device is refurbished it should contain all three size tips. My a device spend a little bit more money qnd get it new.
