A: Very clearly, Geeksquad. By that, I mean, nobody. They clearly just took the medium earpieces off these, threw those away, and then shoved everything back into the box haphazardly and listed it for sale.
A: Mine came with the buds and the charging case Pixel buds series a box provided by Google, the box was a little bit beat up. It also came with the large ear tips and and the small ear tips but not the middle sized one which is the ones I need. Last but not least it including a USB a to USB c charging cable.
