First I bought the refurbished one, it works for 2 wks. So I brought in to exchange for another brand new one. The rep was very nice and work out the exchange smoothly for me.
I brought the new one home and continue enjoy, it sound very clear and quick pickup when I open it up.

I have a Pixel 7 and these are an amazing addition! I did have to return them since they were missing some ear tips. They also did not fit my ears very well but that is not the buds fault! There is no way to make a "one size fits all" earbud. I would recommend these!

Battery life lasts me all of my work day with no problems. The charging case is the life saver here. I just wish there were more cases for this item as putting as is into your jeans it will pick up the dye. Nothing a few finger wipes or alcohol wipe wouldn't take off though. Still love the product and use it every day!

Hello there, Ashish. Thanks for sharing your feedback about your Google Pixel Buds Pro. We’re glad that you like the sound quality, but we're sorry to hear that your experience with the device was less than ideal.
We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes for each ear to find the most comfortable tip for you. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

I was pleasantly surprised with how good the Pixel Buds Pro are. They have very good noise canceling, call quality, and sound quality. I am using them primarily with an iPhone, so I cannot change settings or update the firmware unless I use an Android device.

I received mine very clean and almost new. What you will be missing is the "new unboxing" experience... and honestly, i did miss it with this thing.
But i am so impressed with the sound quality of these, i am contemplating if I should pick up another one.

Got these refurbed worth the price and extended update cycle. Pixel Buds Pro will almost get you there. Airpods Pro and II are still better sounding. But Google tunes its products over time. The battery life is amazing and the tap controls are better than any. PLUS Google assistant in your ears

Even on sale these pixel pro buds are$120 from $300. When these went on sale for $65 I had to get another pair, granted refurbished but they come with a warranty. These have worked great, like new no blemish

Great balanced sound. Not the greatest comfort . Even when using smallest tips. Sound level needs to be louder. Seems like google maxed the sound level. Used with google pro 7 phone

Buds came with their original packing and everything else. Didn't look brand spanking new, but still seems in very good shape out of the box. So far, charging, use time, linking up with the pixel 7 pro, and all the controls have been working flawlessly. I would highly recommend this purchase if you get in the condition like mine.

These were hardly refurbed. After a couple weeks of use (conveniently juuuust outside of the return period) and they're continuously disappointing.
The buds will randomly shut off durning calls, if they move at all in my ear the sound gets wildly distorted and almost impossible to hear. The touch controls are obviously busted.
I'm incredibly irritated and dissatisfied with this. I'll probably never buy another Geek Squad Refurb considering I paid a hundred dollars for broken ear buds.

I did not look at these too closely before the return period expired otherwise I would have returned them. By refurbished, it seems that they just removed the ear tips that were on the used device, as one of the sizes were missing. I purchased a highly rated replacement ear tips since I was unable to get a good seal with the ones that were included. Even with the replacements and multiple factory resets the seal test still fails, and real world results indicate that it is not functioning properly. Upon closer inspection, all open mic ports have wax-like dirt buildup. Not sure what is on the inside. The case also appears to have been kept in someones pocket with their keys for 2 years straight.
