I will not buy Geek Squad Certified Refurbished again. I spent a good amount of time cleaning these before even trying them. They did not look like they were sanitized at all. They were still setup from the previous user. I don't think they did anything to refurbish them at all. I give them 2 stars because they do work, but I think there are battery issues. I will most likely be returning to buy a brand new pair.

Got these open box very good price and clean! Good seal to my ears with large tips. May be big for smaller ears. I love the cancellation and transparency modes. Works great with my Pixel phone. Wish they were a touch louder, but if they are quiet with the phone volume turned up, use the touch control on the buds to turn it up louder. They last hours, and have good battery life.

I have been using these earbuds primarily for work and while going on runs. For work: The call quality has been excellent so far, with no complaints from others and no issues on my end hearing them. The battery life is also surprisingly good. The only issue is that they sometimes struggle to recognize which device I’m using, and I have to manually switch devices on my phone. For running: They are a bit on the heavy side and cause some fatigue in my right ear, but it’s not unbearable. The sound quality is good, and the passthrough feature works well. However, I did notice that the touch controls can be inconsistent when my hands are sweaty, which can be annoying. Overall, these are a great set of earbuds and should be your go-to if you need a versatile, “do-everything” earbud.

    Very good noise cancelling earbuds.

The headphones are wonderful. They have the best noise cancelling that I have experienced on any in-ear headphone. I say that as the owner of a pair of Bose top of the line in-ear noise cancelling headphones. These are better for that. Sound quality is very good. The controls are good. My one complaint is not about the headphones but about BestBuy refurbished. The headphones did not include all three ear tips that normally come with a set of Google Buds Pro. This appears to be a trend for Geek Squad Refurbished in-ear headphones because I got a pair of Pixel Buds A-Series from them and they also had the issue of not have all three sets of tips for the headphones. Amazon is your friend though and you can get a set of tips to fit these for under $10. They are not the original ones from Google but they do work.

Geek Squad Refurbished Good For Me!

I will admit that I was skeptical of the item since it seemed to be hit or miss on what condition they arrive in but mine showed up exactly as described, basically new and missing only the medium size pair of ear tips. I ordered another set of ear tips to replace these for like $10 and it was absolutely worth it. Sounds is spectacular, fit is perfect, noise cancelling is quite good and they are light weight and comfortable to wear. Finding good eartips can be tough especially if you are using the Google built-in check for your seal but after awhile I did manage to get them set and pass the test. Definitely happy with the music but I do agree volume on these is quieter overall than my Jabra. I am in my mid-30s so that could be slightly due to my own hearing loss but it does feel like it takes awhile to make it a listenable volume when in a louder environment. Unless ANC is on which I guess is what they want you to use all the time. There is also a safe volume indicator built into the app so I do.believe they take hearing health seriously. Overall not only do I recommend them, I would even consider getting other refurbished items from Best Buy. Great price and as described. Thanks!

Great headphones. The sound quality is superb. I have never found wireless headphones that for well in my ears before these. They are super comfortable. Although, I've had two pairs of the pixel pro headphones and for some reason the right headphone is incredibly quiet. I almost can't hear it sometimes. Connecting it to the case and disconnecting usually fixes the problem. But this is still an annoying thing to have to do. 8/10

Hi there, we're glad you're enjoying your Pixel Buds Pro overall — We understand the trouble with your right earbud, we suggest try removing the rubbery ear tip from the right bud, and then using a flashlight or other bright light source to closely inspect the tiny speaker holes, because even a small amount of buildup blocking those holes can have a big impact on volume.

You can use a soft cloth, cotton swab, or old toothbrush to clean those speaker holes. If after giving it a try stills the same, contact us: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp?sjid=2490343033936802533-NC madebygoogle

This one gets a 3 star out of 5 because of the constant connection issue I've experienced with it. It would constantly connect to my phone even though both the earbuds themselves were in the case. Other than that. Good sound. Pixel integration is amazing. ANC is good enough. Transparency mode is better than most earbuds.

Hi ALV2, we’re thankful for the feedback you shared about the Pixel Buds Pro, and we appreciate that you find some of their features good. We're sorry to learn about the constant connection issues you have experienced. This happens when Bluetooth is turned off on the previously connected device while the earbuds are actively connected. Once you turn on Bluetooth, the previously connected device will try to re-initiate the connection with the Pixel Buds. It may be helpful to update the firmware version of the Pixel Buds in the event this issue happens again, and this link might be helpful: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642078

I picked these up refurbished and it's been probably over a year since I bought them and they continue to work well. If you want original Google Eer Buds with noise canceling, which does work well, these are your buds. Pros: Original Google Pixel item. Sleek design. Nice carry / recharge case. Works well with both my Pixel 5a and Pixel 6 Cons: These sit in the ear and can and do occasionally fall out so take care when around water. Did not come with all the silicon plugs. Probably for sanitary reasons. Did come with two out of the three sizes.

They didn't stay in my ears well but the sound was excellent. Bought mine open box from BB and though they looked new, there we're missing the medium size earbuds but customer support provided a small credit. I ended up returning them though because they would fall out my ears no matter what size I tried.

Works great! The noise cancelling is excellent and the transparency mode is nice so you don't have to take your headphones out for a quick question. The refurbished battery life seems a little lack luster and the extremely loud ping for conversation detection is a little rough. There is an android issue with Android Auto making Bluetooth less reliable, but that isn't the headphones fault.

Itches in ear for the first few min but good sound and no air pressure difference I normally feel with noise canceling plus isolating earbuds. Also pretty nice for transparency. I like how the buds improve over time with refinement and update vs others where they make you buy new earbuds for improvements like codec updates and other features. I would say it does nothing perfectly (i.e. audio reproduction and noise canceling is better on Sony's line) but it feels better then the Jabras I have tried, and seals a lot better then the Poly Free60. The refurbished sale made it a no brainer for me to try.

Overall about what I would expect from a Google product. Paired with my pixel 8 pro the noise cancelation is great, I really like the setting to automatically toggle noise cancelation on/off when I speak. Audio quality is great for listening to podcasts and music from EDM to heavier metal. My biggest and primary complaint is the total battery life of the headphones and the case combined seems scant. Great value for being refurbished

Got these "refurbished" for $70 so there is very little not to like at that price. Fit well and very comfortable without sticking out of the ear. Great sound quality, seamlessly pairs with my Pixel 6 Pro. ANC is above average. My only knock (half a star) would be the buds can be a challenge to remove from the case IF you have very dry (i.e. Colorado winter dry) hands.
