Right bud didn't work after trying to reset it several times. Didn't connect, have audio, or ring when you locate the device. The geek squad certification process must not be very through.

Right bud will not match the volume level of the left; what good is a set of wireless earbuds w/ a volume defect. How did techs miss this egregious error?

Refurbs for a reason

All three either wouldn't recognize or wouldn't stay paired with my phone. I was only able to get audio through one set of buds and the connection kept cutting out.

One earbud not working out of box

I don't know how it got past the 'Geek Squad' but my pair came with only one working earbud and they weren't even factory reset. Don't waste your time with the "Good deals" cause they're fake. Broken earbuds.

Certified refurbished is rubbish. Googles twitter only support @MadeByGoogle is trash and eBay is not much better.

If best buy have this refurbished items on the web site for sale they have to test and reset before they put on sale again, the item was a pixel buds 2 and when i paired with my phone it showing the last owner info, the box came with missing pieces, and i'm really sure that is not the same model what i buy, or the buds and the charger was 2 diferent items, geek squad sucks!!
