good live camera and easy set up. with out even a one day free history, its no security system.

DropCam (now Nest Cam) is a fantastic camera. Easy to set up.

Purchased camera to help take care of my father who suffers from dementia. We already have two cameras, one covering the living room, the other one the entry way. We needed one in his bedroom to make sure he doesn't try to get out of bed by himself. We can set it to notify us of sound, motion or a person. It has very good night vision. The cameras give us coverage of dad when he isn't being taken care of by his home health care workers or his family. They are accessed with our phones, computers etc. and give us piece of mind when we aren't there.

Excellent product. Nest brand allows for incredibly easy setup and use. We love this camera and the high quality, real-time, images we get.

Use in business and at home to watch employee theft as well at home to make sure animals are ok

Great quality cameras, love the zoom feature and the easy set up. The capture great video and are a great deterant. The only problem is sometimes it takes a little bit to load when your trying to view live view...but I think it's more of a internet connection issue.

There are drawbacks to Nest Cams, chiefly you can't install outdoors under warranty, the monthly and annual plans are expensive, and theres no local data options. Some of the obvious use cases in IFTTT that you would expect to see? None.

Nest has the best cameras available for your home! Only issue is that you have to pay for subscription to be able to save/ go back and watch the video footage

Nest aware is to expensive , the camera quality is great

We bought this camera for our living room kitchen area and it covers so much range! We love the picture quality and how wide the coverage area is. The setup was very easy and I highly recommend this product!

Easy and quick set up. The 30 day storage of clips is not really needed on my opinion. You can get notifications on activities and can review them that day if needex. I found it practical and useful.

The set up was a breeze. Easy and simple access remotely.

It was easy to install and is very reliable. Hubby has limited abilities, this camera allows me to check on him if he doesnt answer the phone. we are able to speak to each other. It give me peace of mind.

Nest cam works really well. The video and sound quality are great. The night vision works really well. Also the intercom is amazing. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a solid security camera.

These cameras work so much better than our D-Link cameras.

Be aware that you will need to get the Nest Aware subscription to continue having those scrollable timelapse clips/videos of when motion is detected. Your camera will still work and alert you to motion (but not talking or dog barking without Nest Aware), but for the full experience you'll need Nest Aware. The subscription has different pricing models depending on how many days back of video history you want to keep in the cloud, and it does scale according to how many cameras you have on Nest Aware. Overall, I feel it's worth it. The peace of mind I have with this camera is not something to discount lightly. Buy 1, and then buy 1..or 2+ more!

Relatively easy to install with a great picture. Price is also very good. We've used these now at our house and office for about a year and liked them so much we are now installing them at some rental properties.

Title sums it up. Best security camera the is. Excellent picture quality, including night vision, can zoom in, teleconference (although with a small time delay), best user interface. U can't go wrong with Nest!

Video quality is great, install was easy, app is intuitive. Wish the price was a little less. Over packaged, could have saved $50 by cutting down on the landfill waste! That is why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars.

I added this indoor cam to my Nest ecosystem to replace an old Dropcam that I had. And WOW what a difference. Clear picture, easy setup, and an easy to use app.
