This is a good camera with great quality however I wish we would have researched all of the possible choices out there before committing to this particular security camera as I wasn’t aware of the required monthly subscription in order to really get the full use out of this camera. Aside from that issue I have with the camera this is a quality camera quality HD video with subscription you can save your videos to your account and than to your phone as well, you can also zoom into certain areas of the video as well. The 2 way communication is quite flawed as it’s more like an Intercom system instead of being able to talk to one another over an uninterrupted line, I haven’t found much use for it since we usually are caught talking over one another when we do try to use that feature, but otherwise as a security camera it definitely serves its purpose. After purchasing 2 of these cameras, the ring camera & doing further research I just feel for the price you pay for the camera their fees are a bit more than their competitors.

Easy setup and great video quality. Audio function is a plus.

So far so good, the cameras are working as expected. Got these to keep an eye on the house while away. Love getting notifications to my phone and being able to see who approaches my doors at any time. Also, I enjoy the option to talk to people through the cameras as well, great purchase.

The Nest Cam is a great camera but you need to pay a monthly fee to unlock some features that should be free. I returned this and went with the Arlo Pro. No monthly fees for seven days of recording. Plus, I attached an external drive to automatically backup recordings.

I purchased these for a therapy room I use with children. The picture is good day or night. The sound is decent, although I wish it was a little bit louder. There is a 3 second delay when I watch it on my computer, but only a 1 second delay when I watch from my phone. I'm not a technical person so I'm not sure why that happens. Overall, a good camera product.

Easy set up and quality picture. Would highly recommend.

I am in IT, these are the highest quality high def day and night cameras that use WiFi I have found on the market. Powered by long USB cable - would prefer Power Over Ethernet but still awesome. The Nest software picks up on objects - meaning you get notifications like " A person was spotted in your driveway" - the software is great!!

These cameras are always great quality and easy to setup.

It is a nice camera with great pics etc but I should have installed a hardwired device with a DVR. Nest support is very nice but they are having growing pain issues in my opinion because u can't access your acct and system through all the major providers through a laptop or Desktop to tweak system or view versus a smart phone. They say they are working on it but I have my doubts. Thank u!

I already have the Nest Hello and indoor IQ cameras, so it made sense for me to have visibility on the out side of my house with the outdoor cameras. Having all cameras on one ecosystem was a must for me. Performance wise, these cameras are exceptional. Very little lag time when calling up the live feed.

Love this camera. It was easy to install. Very clear image.

Camera works well but the iOS app SUCKS! It takes too long to load the video and when you think you’ve heard something you want to be able to pull the video feed up quickly on your phone. While the app is disappointing, the camera quality is top-notch.

I had Arlo’s and they were a joke. Always offline! These are rock solid and the picture is decent. I’m taking a star away because when you dl saved video it’s not time/date stamped. That’s crazy as you may want to use the video as evidence in court and the date/time stamp should be embedded. Just update the software accordingly. Easy fix.

Great camera and software, only feature that struggles is the Voice feature. I have a two story house so my cameras are up high. When someone is at my door and I'm not home and I wish to speak to them the speaker is not loud enough for them to hear me. The rest is amazing, picture quality, notifications, sound it records, also can go back a week and review video or save clips you want for free.

This was easy to set up and works great even at night.
