Google Nest wired door bell has worked flawlessly for 6 months. I did not purchase extra storage so it only captures imagines for limited time - but you could purchase additional storage with subscription. Very easy to use and alerts when packages arrive.

There is alot of pros to this product. Free video recording, even when power is out, and on board storage instead of just relying on the cloud. Better housing design. Different colors to choose from to match your aesthetic/theme of house. But there is also big cons, the camera quality has gone down. Even though it is 1080P, google states it is better because of HDR processing. Looks good on paper, not a display. The veiwing angle has also gone down. So plan on purchasing a aftermarket wedge in order to get the best angle in most cases. I do like googles smart devices, but maybe the next one will be an actual upgrade. Ok for the price and features.

I bought this in October and I was able to use Halloween sounds when the bell was pressed. The video quality is amazing!

This unit is a far better option than the battery unit. It's smaller and it relies on wired power meaning if you live in a cool climate, you don't need to worry about battery drain. Wish I had gotten this one first!

I am very pleased with the quality of not only the doorbell but also the sound and video that the doorbell produces. This is the 2nd one I'm purchasing to add to another door on our home

Great upgrade to the previous Nest doorbell camera. Only downside to this is if you upgrade to this (and I believe this is true of other new Nest cameras), you can no longer view it via the Nest app on your smart device. Now Google is forcing everyone to the “Google Home” app. It does work ok but I think I liked the older Nest app better.

It was easy to install. Does not work with smartthings. Like it says.

Awesome love it. Only thing I'd change is I'd make it a wider angle. I used to have a ring and that was a very nice wide angle. This is very vertical which isn't terrible but I'd prefer wide.

Works amazing and super easy to install. Better than older generations

I purchased this for my backdoor and has been exactly what I needed. The install was very easy as the Google Home app has step by step instructions. I also have one on my front door and absolutely love them!

Excellent door bell camera, with all the features you need to keep an eye of your front door, i love the notifications of packages from deliverys, when they arrive N when someone "took the packages"

This will make my second google doorbell and i think it is great doorbell. It connects to my nest hub and it is so easy to us and when someone rings doorbell it sound threw my other google products.

Very easy, comes eith everything you need UNLESS you have mortar or cement, you will need masonary bits. Also, ensure you have an updated transformer if you intend to make an older style plunger style doorbell.

We had a Ring doorbell and it was time to upgrade. This door looks better. The color options are better. The install was easy, but a bit confusing integrating with our doorbell system.
