My wife dropped her previous Pixel in the bathtub, and you can imagine how it worked after that. Bzzztt..Gone. So, we looked around and bought her the Pixel 2 and a case. She has been very pleased with it. It works well, the screen is nice and bright, the phone sound is great and the apps on it seem to run well. The battery life is decent but does have to be charged daily. It should last another couple years if we can keep it out of the bathroom ;)

I picked this up so we could hop on Google fi and so far so good. The Verizon edition does work with the Fi Network via the Esim so you just turn it on and download the Fi app. I came from the iPhone for this and I don't miss my old phone at all.

I purchased this product a few days ago and am in love with it just a wonderful phone to have in my pocket and the size is nothing to really worry about I thought the bezels would be an issue but honestly it was something that after a couple hours of use I didn't even notice it's just a good solid phone that fits anywhere you need it and want to take it the camera as well is a wonderful surprise this being my first Google device.

Its an amazingly fast and smooth with android pie. Now lag , bugs. i love it. far better than all other phones. camera is top notch.

I wanted the new pixel 2 and my Local Best Buy said that the closest one was in East Brunswick. So on my lunch break I drove to the store they were extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly to get me up and running with my new phone.

This phone is great for everyone and is a good size. I prefer the XL but this phone packs the same amazing power and features in a smaller space. Price is a good deal for this device and Google continues to improve it with updates.

Extremely fast when doing basically anything. The camera is unparalleled. Great feel to it.

Upgraded from an old HTC Desire, and love the Pixel 2, it is fast, great camera, good battery life. Can only recommend it.

The strength of this phone compared to any flagship is it's versatility and software. Unlocked for any carrier, esim for international travel using project fi ( if needed). The sum of it's strengths with unlimited cloud storage at full 4k bandwidth, fastest software updates, quick and fluid operation with 0 bloatware after you delete all Verizon added software. Fantastic camera that compares favorably to anything available, nice sounding stereo speakers, perfect size and fingerprint placement. Excellent battery life. I use on T-Mobile and it's faster with better reception than other flagships I have used on my jump program. Supports wifi calling. Nice screen that's not over the top on color saturation. I wish it had a headphone jack but oh well. Works and sounds fine with included adapter. Bluetooth works well. Many ways to customize look you like. It's fairly easy to slip out of hand so buy a case. Overall you know phone should get you at least 2 years of great service with fastest Android software updates and if you want to switch cell carriers you aren't locked in to anyone. Highly recommended for sum of it's parts. 2nd to none after all things considered!

Great photos, easy to use, live TV feed is a little blurry but less buffering than last phone. Overall I am satisfied.

I got this for my 15 year old son. He loves this phone. It charges fast and because it is Google it has a more pure version of Android which makes it fast.

The Google Pixel that I just bought for my wife is absolutely great, she loved it and still does. The protection plan that Best Buy offered was amazing and is worth buying from Best Buy only.

I have to say the camera on this phone is the best I've seen. My favorite surprise was how well it paired to my chevy volt. Didn't know I would be able to use waze through this phone since I could never get my iPhone to project to the car's display screen. Huge plus! I did have a hard time finding screen protectors in stores for the pixel 2. I had to go to Verizon for the screen protector. Other stores only carry items for the xl model.

Upgraded from a Pixel to a Pixel 2 and couldn’t be happier. Google has improved upon an already great phone. I wouldn’t pass this one up if you’re looking for an Android platform.

I waited awhile to do the review so I could see how I was going to like the phone and I like it a lot! I didn't want another Samsung because after 6 months all the Samsungs start to slow down and get sluggish so I waited for this phone to come out and I am not disappointing. It's CLEAN and fast, no bloatware and no unwanted junk on the phone. The camera is amazing and fast, portrait mode is like a professional picture and I love that is has the 3 second film before the actual pic. The Google eco system rules and there are SO many little things that they thought of that I love. My favorite - if they suspect a SPAM caller the screen turns red and it warns you that it's a SPAM caller and the phone hasn't been wrong yet, turn off security in certain places, the voice to speech is incredibly accurate. I would say it gets it right 95% of the time. I just love this phone! It charges very quickly, easy to navigate, shortcuts are awesome the battery will last all day but you're not going to get 2 days out of it. The few things that I don't like is it brings in all your contacts from everyone you have ever contacted, this is by design from what I read but it's nothing to worry about because the contact search feature is great. Also, the crackling sound you heard about is there but if you shut off NFC is goes away, there's an update coming for this. It may only be me but it seems the screen gets stuck on the rotation sometimes or take a bit to flip back. There are VERY SMALL things compared to everything I like about the phone. It is very much so configurable.
