I like this phone a lot. Front facing speakers are a must, and this phone has them. The reason for the 4 star rating is that it lacks an SD card slot. I don't want Google to have all my pictures on the cloud, so I will need to buy a usbc flash drive to back them up if I don't use the cloud.

Have been an iPhone owner for the last few years, and I was looking at the Pixels for a while now. Since I use google applications for my job, it seems like a great fit. So far, once I got past the learning curve, I love it and provides more features than initially thought.

I have been impressed with everything about this phone! Only negative thing I have found was battery life (on the odd days I really use the web all day). Normal days it lasts all day with power to spare. Best thing about the phone is the photo quality, excellent!

It's a great phone, although Everytime I clear a screen adds for music pop up.

I have now owned this phone for 6 months, and would like to review my experience. The software is great. And that is the only positive thing. One of my primary reasons for purchasing this phone was for the camera, which has continually crashed at seemingly every moment I can get a great picture. While taking my family on Vacation it would crash every time I tried to open it. After trying all procedures recommended by Google support, I was sent a new phone ( by Verizon) The second phone has the same issue, only more intermittently. Again, I spoke with Google support and then was told my IMEI number did not match, and they would only agree to honor my warranty after I provided them with info from the original receipt to screenshots of my phone and from my Verizon website, even though they had record of all of my Google support inquiries and knows exactly when the phones were logged on. Google now would like me to send in my phone, and be without a phone for 2 weeks , then send me another refurbished phone. No thanks. After speaking with a Verizon tech we reached a middle ground and I will be trading into a phone from another manufacturer. This is easily the worst phone experience I have ever had.

I bought this phone for my 15 year old son. He likes it very much. It is Android based. With all of the Google-based apps today, having a Google-based phone seems like a good idea. Definitely better than his previous iPhone.
