Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Pixel 2 XL 64GB's camera quality, battery life, and ease of use. Many also appreciate the screen size and the phone's performance, noting the smooth operation and lack of pre-installed apps. However, some users miss the headphone jack and wish for more storage options or wireless charging capabilities. The absence of expandable storage was also a point of concern for some customers.

I recently converted from iPhone to Android after many years of being frustrated with Apple's whole apple id thing. At first I went with a Samsung S9. I just wasn't feeling it. On a suggestion .. I tried the Pixel. So much better. The stock android experience made the switch much easier from iOs. Love this phone!

I love this phone. It is fast and the software is what makes it a great phone. However there are screen issues that cripple the phone. The blue tint is real and at night I see white flash sometimes. It is a shame because this is such a solid package.

This phone was a long overdue upgrade and works great. I do not love that when you squeeze the sides of the phone, the assistant pops up (there is probably a way to deactivate that feature??). Other than that, no complaints. The camera is great and the fingerprint reader is really responsive.

I previously had iphone after iphone and was getting sick of Apple as well as their phone. I did not believe it was the top phone on the market, especially for the price, so i switched to the google pixel. i really enjoy this product, however, because majority of the population has an iphone, it is often hard to utilize all of the capabilities of the pixel.

The camera broke on 3 of these, I returned the first two within the time to get a replacement, the third broke after the period that was allowed. At this point, I have to send it back to Google for replacement, which means I'm without a phone for however long that process takes. I really like the phone. It's very user friendly and has great features. Part of the reason I switched to the Google phone was for the camera. It was supposed to be a GREAT camera for a phone. The pictures were really good, when it worked. That never lasted more than a week or two with any of the 3 phones I've had. If I could do it over I would have stuck with Samsung. I will not be buying another google phone. I'll give it 2 stars because I do like the phone, just disappointed with the failing camera.

I have owned this phone for nearly 3 years. I am not one to own phones for that long. It has been a very reliable phone with no issues. With that being said I have just started noticing that the battery is not lasting as long as it used to during heavy use. Maybe it is time for a new phone. :-(

Google made a fan out of me with the original pixel xl. When it was time for a new phone the pixel xl 2 was a no brainer. A pure google device. All the great features from the first pixel xl returns, such as the gorgeous display, magnificent camera, the speakers are improved.

I was debating between getting this phone and the Samsung Galaxy S9 or Note. I chose the Pixel XL 2 because of the recommendation. It has a lot of nice features but I'm a bit disappointed in the performance. I've had this replaced already for constantly freezing. I've had the replacement for 3 months and now it's messing up. I have had my screen to go completely black while on a call and it did not come back in until about 15 minutes after the call ended. The second issue was trying to turn on the speaker phone while on a call and it was stuck in Bluetooth but the Bluetooth was no longer on. To correct it, I had to wait until the call ended to restart the phone. So I think I will be contacting Verizon again for another replacement.

Good product, doesn't have a lot of bulk core apps (which is great) . But... Camera is not very good, the only photo gallery is Google photos, no headphone jack connection, just an awkward extension that plugs into the charging port.

I upgraded to this phone from the pixel 1 and love it. The only thing I've noticed that different on this phone from it's predecessor is that the fingerprint scanner on the back no longer pulls down the notification bar. It wouldn't stop me from buying/recommending those excellent phone, just a missing feature.

Replaced my old iPhone 5 with a new Pixel2. Kind of a steep learning curve going from Apple to Google but that was expected. Have had the new phone a couple weeks now and most functions are becoming pretty intuitive. I think this was a good move!
