Customers are pleased with the Pixel 2 XL 64GB's camera quality, battery life, and ease of use. Many also appreciate the screen size and the phone's performance, noting the smooth operation and lack of pre-installed apps. However, some users miss the headphone jack and wish for more storage options or wireless charging capabilities. The absence of expandable storage was also a point of concern for some customers.

This phone is awesome. It is easy to navigate, and it operates hands free or with a simple squeeze. Photo's come out with a professional quality. It really does charge in as few as 15 minutes. It is compatible with everything tech.

I have owned and used this phone for 16 months (liked it so much my daughter and daughter-in-law now both have this phone). Great camera, great phone, fast, smooth, no regrets. Do it now while prices are so low!

I bought my wife last year's Pixel 2 XL model rather than a brand new 3 and boy am I glad.
First of all I got the phone for almost half off the original retail price. Secondly, the camera is just superb and I've read that to the layman the difference between 2 and 3s camera is hard to spot. My wife went from an LG G6 to this phone and she is blown away by the camera (both of us are!).
Lastly, the Pixel gets the latest Android OS automatically and it is smooth as butter. We just love how intuitive the navigation is.
For about 18 bucks a month with our Verizon upgrade, this is a tech packed phone for a mid range price!! Super great value at the $450 sale price, would not pay retail though as it is almost the same as the latest model!

The phone takes good pictures. Stereo sound comes from two speakers on the front: top and bottom. When the phone is on external speaker, the bottom one produces the sound. There's a fingerprint pad on the back to log in. Tap the power button twice quickly to enable the camera. If you squeeze the sides near the bottom, the Google Assistant comes on. It's handy when you do it on purpose, but I've done it many times by accident. Note that the power connector is USB-C contains the headphone jack circuitry. To use a wired headphone jack, you need a dongle (included, mine was white-colored) that plugs to the USB-C port.

I waited and waited to get this phone last year, it was with the wait. It came with zero added apps and from the start it was simple to use. The camera is amazing and with recent updates has just gotten better.

I owned the Google pixel and decided to upgrade to the pixel 2 xl. I loved the pixel especially with no carrier bloatware. Camera is even better than the first generation and this phone is flat out the fastest phone ever

I have the 128GB version of this phone and purchased it a year ago but now the deal that Best Buy had for the 64GB version made me get one for my son. I have always liked the way Google phones are somewhat better on the GUI then other versions of Android. I don't ever purchase phones right when they are released as they are all overpriced at that point. So wait until 5-6 months go by and most of the time you can get it for half price or more. I would have to say this phone is plenty fast for what my son and I use them for and even if the screen has a slight blue tint to it when you view it from an angle it doesn't bother either of us. I have owned prior Google phones and this one is by far my favorite.

Left iPhone 7Plus for Pixel 2XL: No regrets!

I had several issues with my iPhone 7Plus that after barely over a year of use was going to require a new phone--coinciding with the release of the new Apple phones. Isn't it amazing how that always seem to happen? Well, I decided to try Android with the Google Pixel 2XL as several friends recommended it to me. I've really enjoyed the phone since I got it, and I'm finding that it works incredibly well. All apps work the same as those on iOS, and some work better or have better features/layout. The battery life is going very well, and I bought a battery charging case off of Amazon to help for very long days. At almost two weeks in of use, I've had zero thoughts of returning the phone for something else.

I bought this phone as a cheap replacement for my other Android that was starting to have problems. This is a flagship phone that is currently a year and a half old from its release date but it works so smoothly. After plugging it in and connecting to WiFi, it got upgrades to the latest Android OS and security updates which is one of the advantages of Pixel devices. What I am most impressed with is the camera. The Pixel 3 keeps getting picked as best camera despite it having single lens, it beats out other cameras with 2 or more lenses. Well it seems like reviewers fail to mention the Pixel 2 got the same camera software updates such as night sight and the pictures are amazing.

I love that you can delete ANY app you want to delete. On my old Samsung, there were several apps that I never used that were locked into the phone. Also, it is very intuitive to use.
I wish it had a headphone jack. The screen is very good but not perfect.

This is an excellent upgrade my my old smaller size pixel. I was ready for a bigger screen! This phone takes amazing photos too! I just learned how to use the OK Google phone feature to call contacts through speakerphone at the same time.
