I recently bought this when it went on a sale for less than 50% of the original cost. Although the device is almost 2 generation behind, it does not feel that way. Before I picked up this phone, I was using a beefed up Note 9. However, this device feels so much snappier and makes this my primary choice over Note 9. This goes to say how the Google phones age. The display does look a little pale, but since the experience is so much better, I do not mind choosing this over any other device.

Got the phone $400 off on sale. Activation was simple, and best buy and Verizon did a good job of getting the phone up and running. Battery life is good, makes it through a day without needing to be charged. I love the call screen feature for suspected spam callers. No problems web browsing, watching YouTube, Netflix, or with music streaming. Everything seems to be working so far but the phone is only a week old as of 12/9. Will try to remember to come back and update review as the phone ages.

My wife upgraded from a Samsung note to the pixel. Best android phone out there, no issues with battery and great performance

This phone is amazing. It runs great, picture quality is better than any phone I've seen and applications run flawlessly.

Got this phone on a great deal combined with Verizon and Best buy build quality is top-notch the screen is beautiful pictures are beyond words people always ask what kind of phone is that while look at the pictures runs very basic version of Android which I really like I have a lot of Google base products like Chromebooks so it's nice to have a phone that ties into all of that always updates itself keeping up with software never need to wait love it

Best phone I ever had. I fell in love with Google phones when I got the Nexus 6P. I fell in love with the convenient and exclusive access to newer OS updates. This one: Great software and design, as expected with Google. A colossally comprehensible and adaptable GUI. However It heats up sometimes during standby and charging modes but only when there are too much running in the background and the charger is not compatible with the device, which I hope they fixed in the later models.
