As usual, purchase process at Best Buy was horrible. They run a four day sale, send out text and email reminders and then the phone has basically no availability in the entire Atlanta market. Had to drive 30 miles just to get the phone. This is the pattern I have found with Best Buy...just really not worth doing business with them.
