Nice phone and good price on sale. Just broke to easily. Ended up breaking the front and back glass. Also the orange color was too hard to get.

Switched from IPhone to Pixel, No Regrets!

I have been a loyal iPhone user since their first phone came out, but have recently been displeased that Apple keeps their best features for their costliest products. Meanwhile, other manufacturers have been providing a lot of features at much more compelling price points. I was hesitant to switch to Android due to my comfort with iPhone functionality and apps already purchased, as well as worries about bloatware on Android. I finally decided to try the Pixel due to the glowing reviews of the phone, screen, lack of bloatware from Google, and camera and I'm so happy that I did. I've had the phone for a week now and absolutely love it!!! The screen is beautiful and really makes images pop. The camera is amazing and is the first time I've seen pictures from a phone that can rival a DSLR. I love that the Google OS is more customizable and can be tweaked to my preferences. The phone itself is beautiful; the screen is large without being uncomfortable to hold. It has a slim form factor and the finish is beautiful. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly and battery life has been great. When I initially bought the phone and transferred my information from iPhone to Google, I experienced withdrawal symptoms and regret and wondered how I could live without Apple. It honestly took a few days to setup all the apps and phone to my liking and learn how to use the new OS. I also downloaded Apple Music and that has worked perfectly on Android. Now I absolutely love the phone and I plan on never going back to Apple.

It is a good phone, but not the best. I do not like the screen quality and it does not have much features to make fonts larger.

    Major problems

Do not buy this phone as it has major problems that Google is not fixing. If you are considering this phone please read this thread first https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/1829414. In many ways it is a great phone but it has significant flaws that are extremely frustrating. It takes 15-30 seconds before people can hear you on a phone call - but then the call quality is quite good except if you use the speakerphone. Also, text message threads are getting scrambled - see https://www.reddit.com/r/GooglePixel/comments/9t25ka/pixel_3_messages_app_mixing_up_contact_threads/. I'm randomly getting messages from differently people mixed into my message threads and I have no idea who they are coming from. None of these issues appear to be carrier dependent, so they seem to be a problem with the device and Google. Very disappointing since it is otherwise a great device.

Initially loved this phone. Within months, the camera stopped focusing correctly. The camera is one of this phone's best features so it is a huge loss. Google wasn't very replacement phone friendly--would want me to be without a phone for weeks. Hoping the threatened class action of camera and battery issue happens. My name is on the list.

One of the selling feat that made me buy was the finger print read and the squeeze to activate google. They updated the phone and took out the fingerprint password option, the squeeze isn't as sensitive as when I first bought it. Gave to my 10 yr and went back to the galaxy and I'm a huge Google fan

I bought 2 brand new Pixel3 devices for myself & my wife from BestBuy.Both of them had defective screens.I exchanged one and I simply returned the other one. After using the Pixel3 for a month, I am deeply disappointed with this phone. The camera is the only good thing about this phone.

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and as someone who uses the speaker option often, I have to say I am very disappointed. I have called tech support twice and the problem subsides temporarily then starts up again. The previous phones I have owned have never had this issue. Get it together google!

I have been an iPhone user since 2008 and so far ive been ok with the switch to Android. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in the call quality and speaker phone for my pixel - my voice keeps cutting in and out randomly. I suspect it's actually a software issue but so far Google has not acknowledged it.

I was very excited about finally getting my hands on the pixel 3. However so far it been a bunch of disappointments. The biggest one is the constant dropped calls and the lagging after I call someone. I can hear them perfectly fine but they can't hear me at all and it takes a few seconds for it to clear up. I took the phone back to store to get it replace and spent over a hour and half there because of constant mistakes on the costumer service rep trying to help me and left unsatisfied. I don't know if the phone would have lived up to its rep but currently I am thinking about returning it and switch to a completely different phone.
