Customers regard the Pixel 3 XL 64GB highly for its camera quality, ease of use, and smooth software performance. Many appreciate the screen size and battery life, while some find the lack of a headphone jack and the notch design undesirable. Best Pixel I have ever owned

Well like the first pixel xl I got, this one is smooth, fast, a joy to play with and battery life exceeds my daily use. 1. better screen size and picture than my old Pixel XL 2. More storage space than my old Pixel XL 3. updating to Android 10 was a long process, but expected that with all the other updates it needed out of the box. 4. battery life is so good. I forgot to plug it in one night and had to use it all day. I got home afterwards around 7pm with 60% left. so that was from 6am one day to 6pm the next day. I can not list all the items i love about this phone. All I can say is when this goes on sales once Pixel 4 is announced, get this phone and you will not regret it.

Having come from Samsung's and lgs, I was hesitant to get what some view as a second tier option. Very pleased with everything. Camera is excellent. Screen is plenty good. Battery is better than everything I had read. Save me he money. Get the pixel.

Pixel XL3 is easily the best phone that I've ever had. I've used the S4, S7 and Note 4 as well as iPhone. Great camera, very fast, awesome screen, cleaner features over Samsung. The notch is actually nice for the icons. Saved $450 so it really was a great deal!

Its best feature is its camera, but it also has a nice looking screen, a snappy processor, better-than-expected battery life, and great Google software. As a former Palm webOS user, I love the new gestures and swipe-up "card" view that are so reminiscent of webOS.

This phone is pretty fast. Turns on quickly, turns off quickly. You'll be one of the first to receive any android updates. At roughly $600 this phone is worth it. If you are in the market for a new smartphone, you should consider this phone. It costs less then other flagship phones and performs just as well as the top of the line phones

From call connectivity, bluetooth connections, speed switching apps, outstanding camera, zero manufacturer bloatware, and running Android 9 Pie upgraded supported through October 2021... It's is hand down the best mobile device I've ever owned.

The Pixel 3 XL is a fantastic device. A handsome design, great build quality, and a very polished and slick interface. The phone surprises me every day with a new feature that pops up! The camera is the envy of everyone- amazing photos and the new low-light mode is almost magical. VERY loud front-facing speakers, and wireless charging are great! Can't recommend enough. The only downsides are the expensive price and the dreaded "notch" at the top of the screen, but when you realize everything the phone can do, the notch is non-consequential.

I've owned the original Pixel XL, and Pixel 2XL, and now the Pixel 3XL. It's great to have wireless charging again, a feature left out of previous Pixels. The only complaint I have is the notch is a little bit larger than it should be, but it makes room for some of the best front-facing cameras available on a phone. And the main rear camera continues to be the best available on any phone (look up reviews online, it's amazing). The battery life if good, but not great. It's actually a smaller battery than the Pixel 2XL, but I haven't noticed much of a difference since my last phone, possibly due to software battery management.

Bottom Line: Great phone, such a quality camera and set of features. Favorites: -'Screen Call' from Google -Camera -'Night Mode' (eliminates blue light) -Fastest charging with a quality battery I've seen in any phone -Security features (on new Android) Minor inconveniences: -Took several updates to get to this point. -No notification LED -Lack of Case selection AND Defective plastics for 'screen protectors' (something is wrong with the manufacturers quality and sizing BECAUSE if you add a screen protector, you can't use an OtterBox or any full protecting case - the protection screen will not lay flat/has bubbles) this is true for the Sahara and Zagg. - I don't mind the notch to be honest but if it is a 'Deal Breaker' for you, download 'Nacho Notch App'

phone is great. fast, smooth, battery is great, and camera is amazing. only issue is all glass design makes you not want to go without a case. if you have a pixel 2xl is not worth the upgrade, if you have any other phone it definitely is

Upgraded to the Pixel 3XL from a Moto X Pure that took a long dive off a short walk (it jumped out of my pocket into the deep end of a pool ;_; ) From the moment I turned it on I was instantly impressed by how quickly it started up, and how responsive it was in general. I really loved the X Pure, but this is really a level up. I could do without the glass back, Qi charging is a nice idea that I haven't been able to take advantage of yet but I'm not sure it outweighs the glass. The notch isn't terrible, but I wouldn't mind one without it. The camera really is amazing though. I primarily shoot with a DSLR, but as they say "the best camera is the one you have with you" and for a number of situations the Pixel 3XL is a more than workable as a substitute for the DSLR.

Phone, overall, is outstanding! Camera is second-to-none, battery is exemplary for the size of the phone, screen is great (could be a tad better in direct sunlight), speed is amazing... All in all an amazing phone!

Happy so far. Battery life is better than expected lasting over 1 1/2 days. Screen is great as is the camera. Only downside is that you cant change the notification volume separately from the ringer volume

Great phone super smooth, ultra premium build quality, great reception for data and voice, fast charging, best phone camera evar, so many positives. The only non-glowing thing to be mentioned is the notch - some have expressed severe dislike but honestly I don't even notice it and I'm glad it's there the screen has more usable space with it.

I remember getting the pixel 2 over the note 8 and I was upset. But eventually learned to love it and be happy with it. A couple of weeks ago I ran into the same issue, Note 9 or Pixel 3 XL. I had already said in my head this phone was hideous and there is no reason to get it. But when the moment came idk why the mental debate began. Long story short, Best buy offered big discounts on this phone and so I went for it. Regretted it right away as for some reason I kept running into note 9 adds. When I got the phone I was upset. That hideous notch... That huge chin... Why on Earth did I get this phone... But I'm in love. I don't get why really. The notch is still there and the huge chin but the phones experience is like no other. There is something so free about the pixels. If you're an Android lover I think the pixel is really the best way to experience it. Also I love the screen now. LOVEEEE, LOVEE, LOVEE MY CAMERA. Love how I can work comfortably from my phone. It really is an amazing phone.

I replaced an original Pixel XL with this Pixel 3 XL. I'm glad to finally have a water resistant phone (which the original was not). Everything about it is nicer and better, as it should be. It also came with pretty decent earbuds. Thanks for including them and not being stingy, Google -- like some other companies! I don't mind that they need to be plugged into the USB-C port, although I grant you'd need a splitter or a Bluetooth headset to charge and listen simultaneously now. The screen is really nice. I'm actually glad for the notch because it's just a convenient location for the notification bar at the top, though I wasn't crazy at first for copying that particular feature from Apple. The OS is really snappy, and I like the pure Android experience over the other brands' custom bloatware that eventually starts to lag. 3 things I'm not too crazy about: 1. I don't like the chin on the bottom. It's smaller than the original Pixel XL, but it could be even smaller or non-existent. Apple did a great job by covering the entire screen, and the Pixel 3 XL just looks a little unfinished or rush-designed at the bottom in comparison. If the screen just went a little further down, even if it didn't cover the bottom speaker, it would look a bit better. 2. The 2 speakers aren't the same volume when playing audio. And that's because the top speaker is smaller. It's just not the best design choice IMO. 3. On the software front, I miss the older home button. Now to get to the open apps screen you have to use gestures by swiping up on the home button, and I find that slower and more difficult. ** NOTE: For anyone who purchased the phone at Best Buy on Thanksgiving, Verizon mistakenly applied a $200 discount instead of the advertised $400 discount, and it's a bit of a pain to have that corrected. This wasn't Best Buy's fault. Check your receipts, everyone, because it may have happened to everyone who purchased the phone on Thanksgiving. Verizon wasn't open until Friday and did not apply the $400 discount until Friday, I believe.

I've had this phone for 2 months now, it's very quick and responsive. I had the original pixel xl and upgraded to the 3 XL. I use it with my connected devices and Google home and I love the convenience it offers. I bundled the pixel stand with a new case and car charger and saved some money. Porting from my old phone to new phone was seamless, I have a lot of work apps that require special security features and they connected without difficulty. All of my Bluetooth devices connected easily as well. I use the phone with a Bluetooth headset working a 10 hour day and have more than 50% battery at the end of the day.
