I've only had my Pixel 3 XL for a few days now, but I absolutely love it! The battery is forever and charges quickly, the camera is the best you can get on a phone, the screen is brilliant, and the features provided by the Assistant are amazing. My only two issues are the notch, which isn't terrible but I don't like it, and the non-standard USB charging. You'll need an adapter to charge in your car - but since the battery lasts a long time that hasn't been an issue.

I got this phone after having a Samsung Note 8 and I really liked that phone. This phone is smooth and really responsive. Most everyone has made an issue about the notch but after having the phone for a while I actually kinda like the notch believe it or not! The OS reminds me a little Apple because of how smooth and simple it is. The screen on the phone is beautiful and the camera is the best. The phone has not giving me any problems at all and it’s been nothing but great!

I really enjoy the Pixel 3 XL. The user experience is fantastic! Gestures work well, very fluid with no hiccups. The screen looks great and the front firing speakers sound good. The best part is the camera. Hands down, it takes amazing pictures, especially in low light situations. Not really much to complain about. Yes it may have a notch but you don't really notice it after a few hours of owning it. Google does a great job working/blending it into the experience. Battery is decent, last me about a day most of the time. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a good phone with a fun and intuitive experience.

Love the large screen. Camera does everything as advertised. Would like camera to load faster, perhaps an OTA update will fix it. Good battery life for a heavy phone user.

it's a really good phone Don't get me wrong and the camera is fantastic especially the selfie two cameras on the front but the problem is with the speed and it's low 4 GB RAM. It really shows that it needs at least six or eight gigabyte of RAM in order to multitask and smooth in the transitions between the screens and the clicks that you do between the applications that are open. It's not as fast as my previous Galaxy note 8 and I'm almost having a buyer's remorse at this point leaving my Galaxy family. Anyway I'm stuck with his phone now for a few years and I might as well love it

Decent phone. Not much of an upgrade over last year's pixel 2 XL. Especially since most of the software features of this phone will eventually find it's way unto the 2 XL. The camera is still great, if not the best. The battery life is decent. I can get through a full day. The screen is noticeably better than last year's model. The speakers are better, though mine has a static noise that comes from the bottom speaker when listening to music and watching YouTube.

I have had the original Pixel, the Pixel 2 and now the Pixel 3 (all XL's). These are great phones and a great alternative to Samsung, other Android's or even Apple. The cameras are amazing, I use the squeeze feature all the time to queue my phone, and the battery lasts a very long time. The phone does not seem to bug up like Samsung's do. Also Google gives you extra cloud space for picture storage. This phone has all the features you need!!!

Love this phone. It is way better than any other Android phone I've had in the past. Camera is freaking excellent. Very fast and very responsive. The one thing I don't like is the fact that I have to use battery saver full time in order to not have to charge more than once a day. This is not the phone or battery's fault. It is a known issue that I've read across the web that Google has to fix with the Android Pie. Hopefully this will happen soon.

Haven't seen a better camera on a phone, its charge lasts all day! The new operating system runs smooth and flawlessly! For an XL phone, the screen could be bigger, and doesn't have the appeal (picture/bezel) wise... The samesungs screens just look so much nicer! But overall I'm loving this phone!

I've had this for over a year now and really happy with it. It is still running smoothly and the battery lasts for over a day. I know a lot of people will complain about the notch but I honestly don't even notice it at this point. The camera is amazing and the not pink color is actually really cool in my opinion as a male. I would purchase this over the 4XL if you are in the market.

My point of comparison are Motorola Droid phones, and where my previous phone battery died by 7 pm (battery life of about 12-14 hours), my 3 XL goes for over 3 days. I have no complaints about phone quality, nor do the people with whom I talk. As everyone else describes, the cameras are excellent. The finger print reader is a great convenient way to avoid having to enter a PIN or password to unlock the phone too.

Bought it for my mother easy to use. Takes great pictures. Battery last for long time

Love the size and the photo quality. Easy to set up. Call screening is so worth it.

I just received and set up my phone this week so it is too early to determine how the phone will work longterm. I can say that I like the size of the screen. As someone over 50 who wears bifocals, the phone became much easier to use when I increased the size of the icons and text. Though this phone is an android and I'm replacing an android, it is taking some time to figure out where everything is and how it all works. PIctures appear to be very vivid and that will be nice when taking trips or gathering with family/friends.

Was worried about hardware not being on par with some of the other major flagships like samsung but I was worried for nothing. The fact that you get a clean stock Android is awesome and makes up for that plus with prioritized updates above other devices, unlimited photo and video at full resolution with best camera and assistant on any Android, there is little room to complain. Screen is great and speakers are loud. Plus the active edge with built in Google assistant is just great!

Everyone talks about the camera, but this is a very easy phone for reading long articles. It is so much easier to navigate than my husbands iPhone. The only thing missing? A good looking watch. Well worth the price.

Simple phone, amazing camera, decent battery life, pretty user friendly

Have had my Pixel 3 XL for just under 2 weeks now and seriously can't find anything I don't like. Some articles have made fun of the notch and talked about memory management but the notch doesn't bother me and have had no issues with apps closing. Camera is great! Love the portrait mode and the special features are great. And Google plans to add more, like night sight which looks amazing for low light situations. Also purchased Pixel stand wireless charger which unlocks some Google Assistant features and displays photos too. Currently the only wireless charger that allows fast charging. Nice clean Android experience, comes with Android Pie (9.0). Great alternative to Samsung without the bloatware added.

I bought this phone for my daughter. Waited for the 128G to go on sale since there isn't expandable memory capability. Incredible picture quality and simple to use. Love the unlimited storage with Google Photos. I will say the phone is large and daughter has small hands. Thought this would be a problem. However, she installed Popsocket for gripping.
