This is a great phone overall. Fast processor, great pictures, good battery But lacks wide angle rear camera.

Great phone, easy to use, similar to Samsung Galaxy S9 in features and apps since they're made by the same company. The camera is unparalleled on the market and love the unlimited/automatic backup storage to Google photos. I have three kids so am constantly taking pictures throughout the day and the camera features have quickly become the greatest part of this phone. I've had some issues with losing signal, so calls will drop and texts will randomly not go through, usually when I'm driving-but this is the first time I've had an "off brand" case from Amazon on my phone, instead of my usual Otterbox. So I think it might be my case itself interfering with the signal-that's why I didn't dock a star from the review. Will edit when I switch cases if I find out it is the phone with worse reception since I didn't change carriers (Verizon) and have never had a problem like that before. Overall, great phone!

Previously had a Samsung Galaxy S7 and like it for the most part but the Pixel 3XL is at least 10 times better in every way. The screen is amazing and the pure Google experience is so much better. The phone software is very intuitive and seems to know exactly what I want. Highly recommend this phone to anyone and the battery lasts all day!

We purchased this phone for two primary reasons. The first is the software and the clean Android experience with consistent updates. The second is because of the camera, which is superior to other flagship phones. We take a lot of pictures and they come out amazing.

This phone stands up to all the reviews, I can find very little to not like, including the so-called 'notch'. Superior camera functions, very fast, no crappy apps bogging it down. Much better than Samsung, I have nothing Apple to compare it to, but Apple pretty much is expensive hype for those that want to feel elite.

Phone's performance is excellent, reboots are extremely fast. Camera is also quick, takes excellent photos. Google assistant is readily available through a slight squeeze of the phone. Battery is not great, heavy usage requires a mid-day top up.

I've been a Samsung Galaxy Note user for years. I gave this phone a try and I have no regrets. I almost skipped it due to the notch, but I rarely notice it is even there now. Software is solid, camera is great and the screen is crisp. Overall great phone that is guaranteed to get better with future updates.

I love this phone. The camera has been better than I expected. The water resistance has worked great and the software is super smooth. I love being able to screen telemarketer robocalls and watch their response pop up on my phone.

So, I was contemplating a switch from Samsung Galaxy to Pixel 3 and, goodness gracious, I'm so glad I switched! Great phone, easy to get accustomed to, lightning fast, beautiful screen and I use Google everything already so now I'm totally on board with the addition of the Pixel!

Let me start by saying this is a great phone..light weight. Easy to catch on. Battery life is great. I charge my phone once a day. I have had this phone for 5 months and I’m still learning what it can do..Camera is Amazing. This phone take beautiful pictures and videos

Excellent phone, great service from Trent and Mack. Best Buy was the best deal on the Verizon phone. Phone is responsive, fast, and excellent battery life -- lasts all day and evening. Buy a wireless charger and prevent overcharging the battery. Needs a case as the back is glass.

Originally bought for my fiance but after a week of seeing her using it I had to get my own. First of all the call screener is awesome no other phone has this feature I hate robocalls and this puts a stop at it I'm always afraid to answer unknown numbers now I can just screen at a push of a button. Next the camera is amazing night shot works perfectly sometimes it's a little slow but the outcome looks like I used a flash. My kids like the playground feature where they can take pictures with their favorite marvel characters. Another feature is you can transfer everything from your old phone your text messages roll right over which is really nice. Probably the only downfall is my old turbo charger doesn't work with this phone the charger cable is usbc- usbc- no regular USB so I guess if you have a newer Mac book would be easier to charge than an iPhone kinda strange I know. It comes with usb-c headphones and not an adapter like my other phone.

I've had it for one week, so not a lot of use so far, but all good to this point. Camera takes beautiful photos (still exploring); big, beautiful display; everything works quickly; and I love the night light option that makes it easy on the eyes for bedtime reading. Good stuff.

Upgraded from the original pixel XL to the pixel 3 XL. The larger screen, wireless charging, and other improvements are impressive. I was due for an upgrade, it was $300 of at best buy... That made it a no brainer. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

I can't believe any human would want to exist without this phone :) The camera is better than they human eye, the device always functions quickly and efficiently. I have no issues at all and would recommend anyone who loves life to buy this phone right now. Rock on!

After weighing all my options for a new phone I chose the Pixel 3XL. It's price is not as high compared to other flagship phone's for the specs and what it gas to offer. Runs apps extremely smoothly, absolutely Excellent camera, and feels very well built.

Camera is excellent. Love the front facing speakers. One of the best front facing cameras I have ever used as well. Excellent sound quality. Battery lasts quite a while. Fast charging is really useful as well. Charges in under an hour usually.

With this phone you get Android (currently 9.0) without any add-on UI elements such as you would get with Samsung. The camera is currently peerless as an overall capability due to quality of images and video, as well as the software intelligence of Motion mode, smile detection, digital zoom on the front facing camera, and more. It, like all modern phones, should be protected by a case. I am using the Google Pixel 3XL factory case and it works great - see my review on the case itself for more details. I purchased it with $150 in incentives which made it a very good deal relative to other options I had at the time - but let's be honest, if you want an unaltered Google experience, this is the only real choice. The camera alone makes it a clear choice over the Pixel 2. Battery life is acceptable; plan on charging mid-day if you are a heavy user.
