I replaced a Moto Droid with the Pixel 3a xl. When looking for a phone it had to meet these requirements: -Unlocked so I would be able to continue with Verizon pre-pay -Under $500 -Good camera. My Droid did not take sharp pictures. -Highly rated The Pixel 3a xl meet all of these requirements. I was especially pleased with how easy the camera was to use. The only minor issue I have, the battery rarely lasts 24 hours, I'm definitely glad I made this purchase.

This is a great phone for the price. The battery usually lasts me 2 days. Great features and easy to use. The camera takes awesome pictures. I would definitely recommend this phone!

I'm a fan of the Pixel series. Had the OG Pixel, Pixel 2, then now skipped to the 3a XL. Overall this phone is decent. I don't use it for much aside from photography and basic phone functions. No gaming on this whatsoever, but I do use social media. For the most part, there haven't been any hiccups with the device, but for some reason, over the past couple of weeks, the phone battery has started draining pretty fast. I know it's to be expected with any device, but it's been less than a month and in the beginning, I was able to get 2-3 days use out of a single charge. Now, the phone barely makes it until the end of the day. Not sure what is going on with that, but I'll continue to keep an eye on it. In the meantime, as it stands for the time being I would definitely recommend this as a mid-range budget tier phone for anyone not looking to do a ton of gaming or anything strenuous. Also, the camera is amazing and as far as I know has most of the same features as the new Pixel. Best camera on a phone by far (in my opinion).

Simple to use, great camera. It has features that she can use with her school account fir different projects. She is very happy with the phone.

You can't beat the features and the value of the 3a. Excellent camera and battery life and pure Google experience.

I had the 1st pixel that came out and really loved it so when I needed to replace it I chose to go with Pixel again. This model 3A XL is a lot less expensive than the Model 3 Xl and has all the features I need. Best Buy did not have a case to fit it so I went to Amazon and got a case and a glass screen protector.

The phone performs well; I am happy with the purchase. It was a little disappointing to discover that I was unable to cast phone to tv through our existing Roku box (not that I really need to do that) - I think you need Chromecast, but it only makes sense that Google would want you to use their products.

Good features, outstanding pictures and easy to handle

Considering I'm moving from a Droid Max to the Pixel 3a XL, just the OS upgrade from Android 4 to 9 was a big improvement. Nice response from phone processor regardless of task, no waiting between gestures and/or operations being performed by processor. Have not used camera much, but when I have, it has worked properly.

This phone is super amaxing! It's so cheap and light weight but processes right up there with it's competitors. Google has outdone themselves.

This is a great phone. Vanilla android runs amazing and the software runs smooth. This phone does more than enough for most people. If you aren't obsessed with having the latest and greatest specs this is a great option.

Half the price of the Pixel 3 XL and does everything I need. If I were a gamer, I might go with the XL but, besides that I can see no reason to spend the extra money.

Great phone and price. My daughter loved it and raves about the screen size which is larger than any of our current phones. It is not too bulky or cumbersome to carry around. She is very happy with it.

I love this phone!!! I switched from the Galaxy S7 and could not be happier!!! I love the feature of simply unlocking with my fingerprint in the back, and the camera is AMAZING!!!!
