    While I like the phone, I didn't know that by not purchasing the phone directly through Verizon that I would not be able to use certain features. On my previous device, which was purchased directly from Verizon, I was able to use my phone as a WiFi hotspot. This phone will not let me. I'm really disappointed, and will likely be returning the device to best buy.

    l finished 2 years contract and my Google phone started getting problem so I was looking for anew phone with a new contract. unfortunately, this phone is the only one on sale. i haven't had any choices.

    Voice mail seems "old fashioned". Nuisance to transfer photos to PC. Overall not a good phone for someone who needs a phone for business.
