Pixel has got good specs for a phone around 550. But is a costlier option with the original price tag. Face recognition is good in dark, but unlocks even with eyes closed. So that is a bummer if you are in a common place. Phone battery life is ok ok, bit the fast charging is good. Camera is very good and the night mode pics are awesome. I use the phone only for pics and WhatsApp. So I am ok with the negatives apart from the battery life. But with battery saver, this phone is a good option.

No bloatware - huge plus. Runs incredibly fast, has a great camera, gets the latest android updates, and has very convenient features. I know the battery is a concern from a few reviews but i haven't had a problem at all with it lasting the entire day during normal/heavy use. I don't play games all day on it but i use Waze, social media, emails, chats, smart home apps, and a bunch of other apps and haven't had to charge it until i go to bed. If anything, i'd probably opt for the 128 gb version but with cloud storage, this isn't that big of a concern to me. I do wish it had a microsd slot but not a deal breaker for me either. Overall, i'm very happy with this phone and i'm coming from a Galaxy S.

I purchased this device on sale for Black Friday, because it was a good value. If you're going to buy this full price, you might want to hold back. There are more options for the money. The camera is amazing for taking photographs. Night Sight works extremely well. Google Photos also improves the photos with Color Pop and Suggestions. The screen is also top notch. The bezels don't really bother me, coming from a Galaxy S7. You can get used to it. The rounded corners also give it a really welcoming look. The 90hz display also makes it very smooth, especially with the gestures. I haven't had any speed problems with it whatsoever. Starting up the phone is faster than I've ever seen on any other phone and apps load lightning quick. The video is a bit lacking because it doesn't come with 4K 60FPS, an option on the competition, but the video stabilization works well. The stock Android experience is really enjoyable to use. No clunky apps, and the software is gaurented for 3 years.

The Pixel 4 is a phone of compromise unfortunately. It feels great in hand, I dig the look and it's fast and fluid to get things done. The 90hz display is amazing and will make you look differently at phones without a fast refresh rate. The compromises you have to make are: small battery that doesn't last long, no ultrawide photo lense and for some a design that looks dated (least of the issues for me).

The google pixel 4 is an excellent smartphone with lot of new features (smart google assistant, wireless charging, hand gestures, night mode..). The only negative point with this phone is that similar to new iphones, google has also taken out the audio jack from its smartphone. The phone doesn't come with any earphones so one has to buy it separately to listen audio or make handsfree phone calls.

I wouldn't pay 700 dollars for this phone, but with the carrier deal they had, it was an easy buy. Camera is excellent, and phone is snappy and responsive.

Still figuring things out, haven't had a ton of time to play with all the features of the phone - but so far, it seems reliable. The camera is FANTASTIC. Switched from the Samsung S8 to the Pixel 4 - huge improvement. Battery life is pretty good too. Can get through the day without charging and still use the text/camera/IG/snap apps regularly. The Google features have been handy, and I'm sure as I learn more about them, they'll become incorporated more into my routines. I got the Fossil Gen 5 watch (for $165), as well. Pairs very nicely and they communicate with each other perfectly up to this point. I was able to get this phone for $400 off on Black Friday.

Great phone and design. But the dashboard controls compared to a Samsung is so much different! Trying to figure out how to go back or clear out apps is such a pain! Other then that the phone is fast and does its job. If you like Samsung phones stick to them but if you like new things and want to see the difference buy a pixel 4 and see for yourself!

Purchased this after 7 years of Samsung 4. I am very pleased with the Google Pixel 4 128 GB. The profile and wight of the phone works for me. The camera, especially for close up flower pictures and night shots, is amazing. That was an important part of the decision to buy the Pixel 4. Overall I am quite happy with it.

Son-in-law was using a Pixel 2, he was a big fan of the devices and its capabilities. It was finally time to upgrade. he started out looking at the XL. but decided that the 4 was sized better to keep him from banging it into things and it fit well in his pocket. Best Buy didn't have it in stock and it was a number port from VZW to ATT. Currently he likes the device but the porting has been challenging, he only gets some txt message, others go to his old device. we're still workign that out.

I got this phone for my wife as she has unlimited Google cloud storage through her work. However, the phone was glitchy from the start and she eventually switched back to the iPhone 11. Luckily a new update came out that seamed to fix the glitches and we sold the phone to her brother who loves the camera. Battery life is average at best too.

Camera is the best on a smart phone, I get s full day of battery use. I just like Google phones, my wife has had the pixel 2 and I was not happy with my phone so I updated us to the 4.

This phone is a mess. Incredibly buggy, no back navigation and just absolutely no good features besides the camera. Going to return it this week.
