    Bought this phone as an open box. The phone works fine. My girlfriend loves the phone, but the USB-C to Micro-USB adapter was missing. I had to go to an Officemax to purchase a cable so I could transfer data from the old Android phone. Not happy about that! Would not recommend purchasing open box items.

    The shipping and delivery was all fine. The problem is with the product. It was found to be defective. There is a problem when I try connecting it to ear phones. The calls are no more audible and I need to restart the phone. Very disappointing to use earphones with this product
