Unhappy Pixel Buyer

It's my first time buying a new flagship phone rather than using a mid-tier model or a hand-me-down higher-end phone, and it simply doesn't work properly. Apps close in mid-use and the operation of the phone is glitchy. I can't get through a single operation without an app misbehaving. I'd expect a brand new high-end smartphone to function properly out of the gate. It never occurred to me that it wouldn't work right. On top of that, I simply don't like the experience of using the phone. All the surfaces you'd like to hold on to are slick, and the bulbous band around the camera lenses is much more annoying than I thought it would be, based on the pictures. I've noticed this on other phones too, to be fair. What design geniuses feel like it's a good idea to make surfaces we need to hold on to slick as glass? I'll be returning it this week and making another selection.

I took one star less because the gaming performance doesn’t fell like a flagship device.

Got tired of iphone with the notch and lighting port. Feature rich. Battery life is decent. Last the whole day. The only thing I don't like is the faceunlock doesn't work when i wear cap or headphones. And fingerprint doesn't work well.
