Hey there, DiamondH! We’re delighted that your overall experience with the Pixel Buds A-Series meets your expectations. We hear your concern about comfort and fit. Gently insert your earbud with the stabilizer arc tucking into the ear. After inserting each earbud, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. You can also try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance.

If you haven't tried yet, we recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best ear tip seal. A good seal will definitely impact the sound quality, and will enhance the sound levels that you hear. Also, your A-Series come with a stabilizer arc that ensures a gentle, but secure fit. Try gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud.
