The touch controls are great too, and they feel so comfortable. The teal colour is such a beauty. Ultimately I ended up returning them because of the "up to 2.5 hour talk time", which is just abysmal. You have to dig deep into Google's support webpage to find this detail. All they splash all over is the "listening" time, which at 5-6 hours is just about average and acceptable. The white charging case is nice and pebble-ish, but terrible at staying clean. Within 10 minutes of being in my trouser pockets, 'twas already stained.

Plus I contacted Google. They have no way to turn off the repeat voice tutorial for when you get a notification for how to hold the earbuds to hear message.

We made a few focused tradeoffs to bring the same sound quality, design language, and Google helpfulness of Pixel Buds to this more affordable price. Some of those were the focus on tap controls for A-Series, and to focus on wired charging via USB-C for A-Series. That said, you can still use Google Assistant to turn the volume up and down or turn on Adaptive Sound to adjust the volume based on your surroundings. To change the volume, simply say “Hey Google, turn up the volume”.

Your A-Series also comes with a stabilizer arc that works to ensure a gentle, but secure fit. We suggest gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc, and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud.
