You may want to try out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best ear tip seal. A good seal will definitely impact the sound quality, and will enhance the sound levels that you hear. Also, your A-Series come with a stabilizer arc that ensures a gentle, but secure fit. Try gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. I don't think this is anything to do with this earbuds, it is just that my ears are shaped weird.
