Average
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing special. Sounds is average. They fit ok. There are some features that would raise the score such as being able to balance the sound level between the two ear buds and being able to tap the headphones to advance playback.

Posted .Hi there LongTimeUser, thanks for letting us know about the issue with your Pixel Buds A-Series. We'd certainly like to work on providing you with a better experience.
For the best audio experience with A-Series, here are some recommended steps you may try:
- Check your mobile phone´s settings: do not enable 'disable absolute volume', or disable 'media volume sync'.
- Cleaning your earbuds snout and mesh area to ensure no ear wax or scabs is accumulated will also impact the sound quality. Check out this help page for more information on how to clean it: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9112670
- We also recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Having a good seal will also increase the sound level you hear for your A-Series.
- And, if you´re looking for more bass, you can enable bass boost on your A-Series. Check out the step by step guide using this link: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/10028011
Your A-Series still come with gesture controls that enable you to control playback with your media. To learn more with some visual elements to guide you, check out this link: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7560934

Good until they weren't
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They don't stay in my ear well but the bigger problem is that after about 10 months of use, the volume will no longer go above a whisper. I tried everything you could find on the internet to fix them. Contacted Google as well, they told me no fix, no replacement. I'll be trying another brand next time.

Posted .Hi there, it's great to hear that you like your Pixel Buds A-Series. We're sorry you're having a negative experience with the battery for your A-Series.
Here are some helpful tips for the battery issue you shared with us:
- It´s important to check whether your A-Series are docked properly back to the case.
- You may also want to ensure that your A-Series are cleaned thoroughly as grime and ear wax accumulation might prevent the charging contacts from connecting properly with your charging case’s magnetized pods preventing them from charging properly.
For additional help with the battery issue, you may get a hold of any of our support agents and we'll gladly be happy to assist you here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp

Posted .Hi Tony, thanks for the feedback and we’re glad you had a great deal with your Pixel Buds A-Series. We’re sorry to hear that the earbuds don’t fit your ears well.
We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Having a good seal will also provide the best audio performance for your A-Series. To ensure you get a gentle but secure fit using the stabilizer arc for your A-Series, we recommend gently inserting your earbud, with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear, to provide a better fit. Then, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. Please see this visual guide on our help page: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099
If your earbuds still fall out of your ears after trying the simple steps above, we recommend reaching out to our support team so we can look for the best option that may help improve your experience: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These ear buds work just fine, but they lack the lower end range of sound. So don't expect good bass response.

Painful and Fell Out
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They were very uncomfortable to wear. Even with the smallest silicone ear pieces, they would fall off and I would have to catch them before they hit the floor. They sounded fine, that wasn't the issue. They weren't flush with my ear like I expected and hurt to ear for longer than 3 hours. I wore them to work and just around the house so sweat or moisture weren't the only reason. I ended up returning them but overall I did not like them.

the voice quality and connectivity are poor
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it is okay.. the voice quality is not very good. It doesn't even connect well with Google Pixel 5A phone. I think the buds are not good technically. I don't see the recharge of the left bud and the charging box on my pixel 5A phone. Y buy these dud buds when they cant connect properly to pixel phones.
