    Owned for 6months and right ear bud stopped working. Reached out to Google for replacement and no response, would not recommend buying, poor quality.

    These things are legit. They sound great they have solid bass and good battery life, although I wish they were a bit louder. All in all for just around $60 these are worth it.

    Does not support modern codecs like aptx. What's worse is that the pixel phones that these are intended to pair with do support it. Google left off a an important feature simply to save a dollar or two in licensing fees.

    I came from a pair of ibuds and these don't come nowhere close. They hurt my ear and the sound quality isn't the best. I received them through the mail and they was dirty straight out the package. I would not recomend

      Hi there, we hear you and we appreciate your feedback on Pixel Buds A-Series. It’s unfortunate to learn of your unpleasant experience with comfort and fit, with sound quality, and that it was untidy straight out of the box.

      We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Having a good seal will also provide the best audio performance for your A-Series. To ensure you get a gentle but secure fit using the stabilizer arc for your A-Series, we recommend gently inserting your earbud, with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear, to provide a better fit. Then, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud.       Also, here are some steps that may improve the sound quality of your A-Series:
      - We recommend checking your mobile phone´s settings: do not enable 'disable absolute volume', or disable 'media volume sync'.

    I would give half a star if I could. Do not buy this product! I purchased it for my son as a gift. He has had them for four months. One problem after another. They are a total waste of your money

    Got these to work with my Phone. They fall out and whenever you touch them they turn off. Poorly designed

    I was delivered a used product without seal and in a dirty condition. I can't believe the audacity of sending a stained and dirty earpods when you pay the full price. Will be reconsidering using Bestbuy

    After using them for 3 months,this earbuds didn't keep a charge very long. The reception is really bad sometimes you hear some robotic sounds and then no signal.Its the Worst product made by Google.

    I've had 3 sets of these and had to return all of them. They constantly disconnect with the slightest movement. This was with a Google Pixel 5 phone.

    I've had several different wireless earbuds, and there's lots of things I like about this set. One thing that makes me happy is that the charging case is white. That makes it much easier to find in my dark bag or a desk drawer, or on my black desk, or if I dropped it behind the desk. I lost one of my earbud sets in a black case and it took me months to find it. Even better, they can be located in the find-my-device app, and you can make them ring if they're connected. It's cool that they can be charged wirelessly. Out of the box, the controls are really simple and easy to remember. Sound quality is nice and clear, and people can hear me very clearly on calls. The shape and design of the earbuds is very comfortable. They kind-of corkscrew into your ears and do a real good job of staying put. They come with a few different size inserts, so try them all to find the best fit. When you get the best fit, you'll also get the best sound.

    Fantastic for about a month. The right ear bud has completely stopped working. Very unhappy. Both with Google and Best Buy who sold it. I'm now looking into replacement.

    Brand new, out of the box- the right earbud would not work. Tried all remedies listed on internet, nothing worked. Returned to store.

    They do pair fast with google pixel phones, but they didnt sound nice. There is a ringing in the background that i didnt like. At first i thought it was the skng i was playing but it was with everything. So i thought it was cause i didnt update them immediately but after the update they still sounded bad. Will stick with the airpods for now
