    Worst earbuds Ive ever purchased

Bought this product 11 months ago, renewed. Since that time ive had to returm it twice separate times (each othertime taking several weeks) for the same issue. Now it has happened a third time and its honestly too frustrating too return again. It initially works fine then inexplicably starts getting quiet in one ear. The sound imbalance is disorienting and extremely annoying. Spend your money on something else.

    Disappointed

I wanted to like these earbuds, but the Bluetooth connection wasn't good. Everytime I went for a walk and listened to music the connection would hiccup, lose connection, several times.

Hi, we appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the Bluetooth connectivity issue you're having with your Pixel Buds A-Series.

Check out some helpful troubleshooting steps below:
      a. Confirm that disconnects are not caused by spotty or intermittent internet connection. Ensure that your mobile phone isn't transitioning from Wi-Fi to cellular data as this can cause Bluetooth audio glitches.
      b. Try moving out of the room that has devices that can cause interference such as running microwave ovens, wireless speakers, baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, and other wireless devices that run on the 2.4 GHz band.
      c. Keep the earbuds close to the source device
      d. Lastly, we recommend performing a factory data reset on your A-Series: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642886

We'd be happy to take a look at the issue, please feel free to contact us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

    Don't damage the case.

Becareful, if you drop or damage the CHARGING case and it stops charging the ENTIRE unit (including the perfectly working earbuds that you actually paid for) are useless. They do no sell just a replacement case.

    Not Apple Friendly

Multiple reviews say this work with iPhones, yet it does not specify that it does not offer real time translation with iPhones; which is why I bought them.

    don't drop your case

Buds are decent but if you lose the case, there are no replacement cases avail. These don't wirelessly charge so the only option is to buy a new set. I think I will pass.
