Love them. Sound quality = less bass. This is what I get for using sub $100 headphones for years.

These buds are great, as long as you don't want to use them on a PC. They cut out horrible making them un-usable. If you never have any intention on using them on PC they are great otherwise. I probably won't brother returning as they are mainly for the phone. Not sure how google messed something up so simple that everybody else has been doing flawlessly for years. If they fix the issue it'll be 5 star product

Overall very good earbuds, the I ly issue I had is they would fall out of my ears

1. Try different sized ear tips to find the best fit: Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. 2. Try memory foam eartips: If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try.

I like the idea but the audio has been a mess with them. When they are on transparency mode the sound is inconsistent and bounces around. Idk if it is this particular set or the model as a whole.
Hey there, MiltonC. We’re sorry to see you’re having audio issue on the Pixel Buds Pro 2. A quick reset will normally solve most problems — here’s how:
1. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds. 2. Plug the charging case into a power source using a USB-C cable. 3. Make sure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open. 4. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds. 5. When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button. 6. Check the earbuds status lights.

It's a decent product that does take a little time getting the right fit in the ear. when you get it, it will be great. interfaces with a pixel phone very well.

I bought this at the outlet in excellent open box condition but was missing the very necessary ear pieces of different sizes should have demanded to inspect before purchasing

These are a worthy upgrade for the Pixel Buds Pro 1

I am a very big fan of google products, I did purchased google pixel buds pro 2, it's been 5-6 months had no issues for first 4 months and now it started with one bud not working and sometimes connectivity issues. Still i am loyal fan to google.
