Great piece of hardware, especially if you already in the google ecosystem. I own a pixel watch, tablet, and pixel 8 pro. Easy sync between any device. easy to switch between multiple devices as well. The software is also good, between the transparency mode and self check to see if the ear bud sizing is correct. I've got some doofy shaped ear canals but these fit great and the software check went well as well! If they improve on it with pixel buds pro 2 or whatever iteration they make next I will definitely be picking up a pair!

Great improvement over the previous models which sounded great but would not stay in my ear. These (with the help of 3rd party tips) fit very well and sound is great, but even better is the noise cancellation. Wireless charging is also a bonus!

I've really enjoyed these earbuds. Comfortable and great sound. They pair very well with the Pixel phone and did so with minimal effort. Definitely an upgrade over the Galaxy buds I was using previously.

The sound quality of these earbuds is amazing. The noise-canceling mode is pretty awesome. I only rated these a 3 because of how slippery they are. My Samsung earbuds had a nice winglet that secured the bud in place. These lack that feature, and it can frankly be maddening. I routinely find myself re-adjusting to get them back inside my ear. I tend to use earbuds when I mow the lawn because of the noise canceling, but the vibration and bumps of the terrain cause these to dislodge frequently. I just ordered some cellphone grip tape from an online retailer named after a river. I find it ridiculous that I spend $200 on a pair of earbuds that I have to MacGyver with grip tape just to stay in my ear. If you remain perfectly still, they're just fine.

Hello Neth, thanks for sharing your feedback on your Pixel Buds Pro. It's unfortunate to hear that your experience with the fit of the earbuds was less than ideal and that you had to find an alternative solution. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try. No issues since purchase. They connect every time and still sound great. Definitely need to clean them at least monthly to maintain sound quality.

I use them everyday everywhere! The work on their own or both at the same time the sound is so good. The ability to have the noise cancelling or make it easier to listen to music or video and still be alert to your surroundings. Fits so well in the ears.

High quality headphones with a nice design. The earbuds themselves feel secure while exercising and I've worn them for a long period and not had any discomfort. Transparency mode is fine, but definitely is lacking compared to other headphones with similar features. Battery life on the buds are fine, but the charging case needs to be charged more than I would have expected. The only gripe I have with them is that sometimes they have difficulty connecting when I first open the case and will need me to try multiple times. Could be my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) or the buds, but it's a small enough issue that I still use them.

Hi David, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you like the quality and design on the new Pixel Buds Pro.

If charging your Pixel Buds Pro seems longer than usual, we recommend trying out some troubleshooting below to try and fix the charging problems:
      - Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and within the case.
      - If they have not successfully retained a charge, try a factory reset.
      - For wireless charging: Try realigning the case on the charging surface.

If you haven't tried yet, resetting your Pixel Buds Pro may be helpful with the connectivity issue. Resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features.
      - Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
      - Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
      - Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
      - Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
      - When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
      - The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google -Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
      - You will need to forget and re-pair any other devices Pixel Buds were paired with.

Really nice especially since I got these for free with my pixel 8 The noise cancelling works really well and the sound quality is pretty nice considering the small size and Bluetooth connection. I do wish these had less sensitive controls as I found myself accidentally brushing against the buttons while working out, a problem I didn't have with my sony earbuds.

Awesome noise cancelling and sound but they don't fit in my ear as snug as the a series. Missing that tail that holds it in better. Still decent.
