Posted .Hey there, Rayvenisaiah. Thanks for trying out the new Pixel Buds Pro. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips as well, so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. And, if you’re not getting a perfect fit with the silicone ear tips that came with your Pixel Buds Pro, you might want to try out the Comply Premium Foam Tips which are made from memory foam instead of the typical silicone eartips. Besides the fact hat they are so pretty, it's the quality that won me over. So easy to turn up/down, use the noise cancelling option, or ask Google assistant whatever you want/need. Not to mention the long life battery. Simply amazing. Getting them on sale just sweetened even more an already sweet deal.

Sound is not the best ever but it does the job and it picks up all the fine details. Call quality is good and I like the multipoint touch control
