We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip, and ensure that your wife gets the best comfort and seal. The Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium ear tips and come with small and large sizes so that users can improve their fit. Ears are unique so the left ear may be different from the right ear. To swap ear tips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the ear tip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. So it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal™, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. Battery life depends on the device, features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. Try turning off some settings you don’t use for battery optimization. If the issue persists, try to reset the earbuds and restart the source device.
