Very disappointed In this watch The trouble I went through to get the line added to it to use it with my phone. Unbelievable and then when I did my wrist burned when I used it as a phone it now sits in the box because I will not use it and don't know what to do with it cuz I would hate to sell to somebody knowing it sucks.

This watch was straight garbage right out of the box!!! It literally kept freezing up every time you tried to do something and the setup and personalization is extremely difficult!!! This watch should be only $50 and not a cent more, especially not for $400+ that google wants for it!!! I returned that watch the very next day after it was delivered to me!!!

A pretty good smart watch and fitness tracker but lacks customization and refinements to be great.

predatory garbage. anytime company forces something unnecessary on their user base as part of one of their other products in order to make them money while harming their users, is always a bad thing. while you can always just not use Google wallet, the fact that it pops up every time you double click the crown is a tremendous security risk, Even if you don't set it up. They give you no way to turn this off because they can make a lot of money if you do start using it, and you'll be reminded that it exist every time you " accidentally" tap the crown twice. There is no option to turn this off or to remove the Google wallet app from the watch despite you being able to remove literally everything else, including the functionality of the watch being a watch.

Just okay , I honestly think my pixel watch 1 played nicer and had better battery life than this pw 2 I bought in not completely happy with all the bugs it has but I'm stuck with it now til something better comes along

Ordered on Dec 26th. Was not in stock. Made an inquiry about the cancellation. Best Buy said they were refunding my purchase. I still have not received the refund

My purchases were stolen in transit. I received an empty box. Best Buy's response was that it was my problem and I should follow up on my own with law enforcement. I will never by anything from Best Buy again. Horrible customer service.

The watch was working besides the LTE feature. This watch does not work with AT&T network. That was the purpose for purchasing this watch. I had to return it.

Let's start with a couple of reviews that are on here first. One said they couldn't tell if it was charging, and that should tell you all you need to know about the credibility of that review. You know without a doubt when it's charging, it vibrates and the screen flashes with a large and bright charging symbol. The other review complained about battery life and style. Let's start with the battery life. For it's size the battery is as expected, 22-26hrs with the AOD running, and about 35hrs with it turned off. About the style of the watch, as with everything is subjective, and to call it feminine is just incorrect, and shows this person wants a specific style. Finally going with a Garmin is a great option, but they make different watches for different activities, no solid all around watch, and none with all the smart features people are buying this one for, same for FitBit. I like this watch, it's one of my favorite smartwatches I've owned. Is the Price justified, not at all, it should be about 50-75 dollars cheaper. This is a watch that I can easily recommend to a wide range of people without having to ask too many questions about what they want from a watch. As much as I am enjoying this watch though, I will likely switch to something that fits my esthetics a little more. Not saying this is a bad looking watch, it's definitely not, I love the look, just not my style personally.

This is a refined version of what I believe the first version of the Google Watch should have been. Google has the capability from funding to engineers to be a true competitorin the hardware space, but the truth js yheir bread and butter is their software, marketint, data collection and selling of that data, etc. Hardware unfortunately just isnt their primary focus. Theh make mediocre hard ware to feed their limitless data consumption business. This watch is extremely over priced snd should mot be considered a "smart watch." The battery life is absolutely horrendous. The fact yhat they can not make a masculine watch is just a shame. Google coild do betterr, but they dont need to and they know it. However, it is pretty if you're a female. Also, i got this watch for free. I kept my actual Fitbit and gave this watch to my daughter who loves it. Having to chage it every day js absolutely rediculous and unreliable. Again free, feminine, horrible battery life, one size only to choose from making it that much more feminine, over priced. Nit to mention after the 6 months of the rediculous premium fees to take full advantage of the watch, youll end up paying far more in the ling run. Google i hope smartens up and gets ride.of the rediculous premium fitnit subscription ad its simply not worth it. If youre serious about Fitness and accuracy go with a Garmin or Apple Ultra. This waych simply cannot compete as it is.

First time smartwatch owner. Always been around people whom use Apple watches on the daily. This watch instantly caught the eyes of those Apple faithful asking what kind of watch it was. It performs the tasks I need when im unable to pull my phone out of my pockets. Works great so far!

It's a good watch with plenty of bells and whistles. Battery lasts almost 2 days with minimal usage and always on display turned off.

After a few weeks of having the watch I really like all of the features. No real problems with it. The only major flaw is that the glass scratched within a week. Pretty badly actually. Also the battery life is seems to be a little sporadic. I've charged it twice in one day and not at all.
