The new Pixel Watch comes equipped with settings to care for and help extend battery life. You can turn on the Battery Saver when the battery gets low. Please note while Battery Saver is on, the "Always-on screen" and "Tilt-to-wake" feature will be set to Off. For sleep tracking, you will need a minimum 30% charge (about 30 minutes to 50%). Try charging during your morning routine or during your wind-down time at night so the battery lasts while you’re sleeping. Even brought it to the carrier store and had them try activating it. Watch showed as active on phone plan and rep in store and over the phone said the watch was good on their end but pixel watch continuously prompted to activate a plan despite the sim being an active watch line. Ended up returning because of this. Did notice image retention during the few days i had it as well.

It's another smart watch like most tells the time tracks steps/fitness. Will you use it it depends usually its a 2-3 month cool little niche thing and then it collects dust imo.

I only wish the battery life could extend to more than 24 hours. It's hard to use the sleep measurement apps, because you generally need to charge the watch when it's near bedtime. If Google fixes the battery life this watch would receive 5 stars!

We also understand your concern between using the sleep monitoring app and charging your Pixel Watch, and extending the battery life will certainly help. However, we recommend wearing your Pixel Watch while sleeping in order to take advantage of the sleep monitoring feature, and just charging it right after you wake up. Charging takes about 30 minutes to 50%, about 55 minutes to 80% and about 80 minutes to 100%.

I love the sleek look, responsiveness, and intuitive interface. I was not a fan of how cluttered the Fitbit app was. I really don't like the loss of functionality when not paying for the app. I often forget to plug things in so the 24ish hours of battery time was not ideal. There are very few settings that can increase battery life such as a "watch only" mode. The LTE version eats battery and it was my main reason for getting it. I was not happy with reading googles response about not using features to make the 24-hour uptime. Why on earth would you even have features if your battery can't make it through a whole day using them? The strap kept coming undone even with it snug which is scary to me as my last watch was lost after a broken strap. Im still optimistic about the line but will wait for 2.0

You may want to check on the activities you use the Pixel Watch with. A typical full battery life for Google Pixel Watch goes all day with a charge that lasts up to 24 hours to support sleep tracking and other features. The 24 hour battery life is based on the following usage:
- 240 notifications.
- 280 time checks.
- A 5 min LTE phone call.
- 45 min LTE and GPS workout with downloaded YouTube music playback.
- 50 minutes of navigation (Google Maps) while connected to a phone via Bluetooth.
- The watch is configured with the default settings, including the Always-on display set to off.

The Fitbit software integration is what puts it over the top. I thought the size of the watch would be too small for my taste. However I was wrong. The watch works flawlessly.

Very nice size, I was able to sleep with it no problem. I'm not an active sports pro so the battery lasted all day for me. It charges way faster than expected like I could go brush my teeth before bed and charge it and it would have more than 20 percent back. You could charge in the morning while getting ready with no problem. I do wish the stretch band was in stock as I will be getting it.
