Wonderful laptop that serves like a MacBook. When I bought this laptop I thought I wanted a macbook but having it over 6 months it works the same. Best Purchase Ever!

Excellent product! Runs amazingly fast! Perfect to work. Easy to travel.

Due to COVID, I now work from home. I do medical billing. I spent 3 hours online with a "sales agent" who said THIS was the laptop for me. I explained that for my work I use all microsoft programs, and I needed something small and light weight to be able to take everywhere with me. He explained that although you cannot install microsoft programs on the pixelbook you can use them the same way through the office portal. I paid (a lot) extra to have it two day shipped because of course our local stores were down to bare bones for what they had in stock. The shipping took almost a week which was a bummer. And when I contacted BestBuy customer service I wasn't offered a refund on shipping which kind of made me mad. Fast forward to when the chromebook came. I LOVED the size. It indeed is light weight and fits perfectly on your lap. It's super fast and I loved the color. However, using microsoft programs does not work, at all! Yes, you can go to the microsoft portal website and access them. However, using the programs through the internet doesn't offer you the same features. Which happened to be features I needed like OneDrive to do my work. Like the sale states ('Student Deal"), the pixelbook is perfect for someone who needs NOTHING microsoft related and just internet browsing. I wouldn't recommend it for anything working from home. I ended up paying a little more money and exchanging this for the HP Spectre. Amazing choice!!

The Google Pixel style laptop has been a great purchase. Fast, smooth and links with my pixel phone well.

I love this product. Aesthetically, its really beautiful. Specs are awesome. I have no issues with video quality or WiFi connection with my online learners. This machine has run flawlessly for me so far. I would absolutely recommend this product.

For an Ultra HD screen the screen was terrible compared to my Pixelbook and the Samsung HD Chromebook. Even though it was heavily discounted as an open box item, I returned it.

Screen flickers. I will request a fix either from Best Buy or Google. I will update this review after the resolution of this issue
