When I got the google play gift card it was not working, and I would like a refund for this item

please donot buy, google does not accept this digital code they make you go through hoops to try and redeem, i had to submit a ticket just to possibly use the code. long story short i lost my money.

Absolutely atrocious service I waited for 6 hours to not recieve anything do not buy

Am not able to redeem, no response from Google's "investigation team" and Bestbuy won't refund. Last item purchased from Google or Bestbuy.

Dont even consider it!!!! No one to help you i walked into the bestbuy store in holmdel, NJ for help and they laughed in my face when i asked them for help!! They refer me to google? Try getting them on the phone!

Doesn't work, stay away! I bought it thinking it'd be an easy redemption, nope. Won't redeem on google play app, google play website, or through the email best buy sends you.

Doesn't work at all. Best buy is selling fake codes and somehow getting away with it. They wont refund either

I have been waiting two days for instructions via email to redeem a gift card and nothing to do with it. Very slow and inefficient service.

Never ordered or fit this item after bank confirmed there was an issue the order which was mostly free stuff was cancelled but not the card. Never got the email either with redeem code. But it is what it is clearly I’m still purchasing items after I changed my account info

Its been hours since ive purchased it and havent received code for gift card. It digital..dont understand why its taking so long

Days later and I still haven't received my digital card, that should be instant. Sure are quick to take my money though

yeah, probably one of the worst experiences. not only did the gift card not work, (trying to figure it out with Google) but neither did the extra youtube premium perk.

Google will not accept the code. asks for review and asks me to fill out a form. it has been nearly two weeks no answer. 1 of my 2 codes redeemed only. do not use this as google sees it as a falsely or fraudulently acquired code.

horrible. it locked me out of my account due to too many attempts at checking ready status, and due to it being after hours, I have to wait until the next business day. worthless.
