Ordered the gift card from my phone. Got the email with the code within minutes. A few quick clicks on my phone and the money is in my account. Quick, easy, super convenient. Highly recommend if you dont want to drive to the store. If getting as a gift for someone else, just be careful to not add the funds to your own account, that would be almost impossible to undo and would be very frustrating for you as a customer.

I don’t know why I didn’t get the code even though my email is correct.Can you give my a reply?

WARNING: Do not waste your money! We bought Google Play gift cards from a well-known store, yet they failed to redeem. Google refused to help, blaming us instead. Even with proof, they ignored our case. Looking online, it’s clear this is a widespread issue. Is this Google’s new business model—sell broken gift cards and keep the cash? Stay far away!

Before you buy just how it takes 24hrs+ to arrive, kind of ridiculous, but I'm still waiting.

It has been almost 24 hours, i still cant redeem my gift cards, ive been trying to be patient, but its getting very irritating. I spent 35$ dollars and cant even access it.

Purchase the gift card and it immediately showed up in my order history as ready to redeem. I copy requested information and price redeem from Best buy order history, but after being sent to the page to redeem, I continuously got an incorrect information error. The gift card was not ready to be able to redeemed, though it was said to be in my order history. My account is now locked and I cannot redeem the card......... Seems like you need to wait for an email even though order history says otherwise............. It amazes me how poor some of these processes are......

Why should I have to wait two days or longer for a freaking code???? I will never purchase another Google Play gift card from Best Buy again.. I purchased a $50 one it through within seconds needed additional funds to make my online purchase.. the sale will end before BEST BUY gets around to doing there job! I can't even cancel because they keep my money for 10 days . RIDICULOUS to say the least!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible place to buy an egift card... Bought a Google pay gift card to save me some time on going to the store. It would have been quicker to go to the store. So now I have spent money on a product and all I get is " order received! We'll let you know when it's ready" no timeline, no era, no one to ask for help. Glad they're not in the food industry I guess. Never again

Don't buy anything there and don't waste your money and time ,it's the worst buy not best buy they mistaken name of the store. They know how to take money but never sent orders pretending that they don't know how to fix their problems, pathetic

Been waiting over 12 hours for my gift cards. Still waiting as i write this review. Reached out to customer support and was told it can take 24 to 48 hours to receive my code. I would of been better off buying the gift card in store smh.

Havent recieved the card within 2 hours- there are definitely faster websites to buy digital cards
