    The medium size eartips are missing, which is shame because that's my size and the whole ANC works the best if they fit your ear perfectly. Touch controls are pretty accurate and handy. Sound quality good enough.

    Maybe I got lucky, but my Wintergreen "refurbished" seemed brand new. Not in original packaging, but dedicated form fit packaging with all the earbud sizes.

    Got the headphones and it's had a few unlisted blemishs and after 1 month the head phones are dead when it comes to phone calls. It'll be the last time I buy refurbished from Best Buy
