I really thought that’s this solar charger will worked as expected, but it wasn’t the case. It never changed the battery full no matter how long it stays on sun.

This thing never get charge in sun. Also a full charge just give 50% of battery charge in an iPhone. Very disappointed.

Couldn’t charge more than one thing at a time plus it fell from a very short height and completely fell apart due to poor quality and cheap.

It would charger even with it being in direct sunlight for over 7 hours. Sent the product back twice.

Used the charger 3 times and now it's broken. I do not recommend it.

Worked one time and broke. Did not hold charge after working just one time.

Does the job but does NOT charge with solar plug in only

I recently purchased the GoPro and picked it up at my local Best Buy so that I could take it camping and have a charger 2 recharge just my cell phone. It was brand new and in the original packaging, untampered. I have had solar chargers in the past and they've performed well with a reasonable to impressive lifespan. This past weekend was crystal clear with direct sunlight from approximately 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. . After following the instructions and charging my phone and a friend's phone (both phones only charged from 25% - 45% bat. life) I set it in sun to pull solar charge. Nothing happened. I read the instructions again and followed the instructions again, nothing happened. Not even one solid bar. I tried it again the following day and nothing at all happened. This left me stranded without a phone for the majority of the weekend and the site we were camping at was quite remote. I was not pleased or happy with anything about this charger. I'll be returning it to Best Buy as soon as possible. Complete let down.

The solar portion of the charger doesn't work. I've tried many times to get this external battery pack to charge without luck. The light glows green like it's charging, but nothing happens. Seeing as how the reason I bought it was for the solar portion, I'm disappointed. Even when it's charging other devices it's pathetic. I fully charged it from an outlet and then charged my Bluetooth earbuds that I let die to test this...the power bank died before it finished charging the earbuds.

It works well, keeps my cell charged when on the lake or in the Grand Canyon!

I've been using this device for about 6 months and it didnt failed me

I bought this and when I got home the thing didn't work. I tired it with multiple devices under different light settings and still it wouldn't work. I took it back and exchanged it for another thinking it was a lemon but that was not the case. The replacement would also not work. Got a refund and now trying out the Goal Zero.

Not sure if mine is one of the faulty models that were previously mentioned, but I've had my unit sitting on a window sill for a week and still hasn't charged. Only a green light. Unit will charge if I plug in though, but that's not the reason I bought this. I have plenty of those kinds of chargers. Also, it's poorly built. The rubber plugs ended up popping out and won't stay in holes. BB, you need to stop selling this product!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

great product to charge your go pro devices and smartphones, solar panel works great even in low light situations. solid product for the price

I used this 4 times in 6 months and now.....nothing....when charged it shows 4 lights....but hook up a device and nothing. I expect better quality from Best Buy...just bought one from Amazon....works great.
