The head mount is excellent for scuba diving. I would recommend zip tying it to your mask, just in case. The camera now can see whatever you see. Turn the video on before entering the water, and you are all set. The camera remains secure through the entire dive.

The GoPro head strap is a very good product and allows the wearer to take very good first-person shots. It is also great because it hooks up with the waterproof case for the GoPro and allows you to shoot underwater. It is also compatible with the Hero 3.

Used this with the go pro while zip lining, very comfortable to wear, the video was perfect and stayed still while going approximately 50 mph. Looking forward to using it on other adventures. A great way to use the go pro to catch your extreme videos!!

I wore this head strap throughout a SAVAGE obstacle race a few weeks ago and the strap held the GoPro on like a champ. The GoPro is a little bulky so I thought it would be bouncing around. But it worked really well and was surprisingly comfortable.

This head strap is great for multiple reasons being that it is so useful for POV shots/ video. Just make sure you dont put it on too tight otherwise you will get a head ache. works well in the water as well

I purchased this to record bike rides and shooting pool. But have found its fun to use in many applications from zip lines to origami. I like this because its been useful, is compact, and easy to store.

wore it during tough mudder race and also mountain biking, works great. the only thing i dont like it looks like a jock strap on your head but i think thats the secret to keeping secure on your head

I go kayak fishing in the ocean, and dive occasionally it stays on my head so I can use both hands to land my fish, and swim while diving under water all while holding my Go Pro in place.

Love this thing helps eliminate guess work on what you are shooting it follows where you are looking. It may look stupid but gives a great point of view and is very comfortable to wear.

I've used the headband for lots of videos, including the waterpark one I posted to the camera review. It stays on well, even in the water, and never feels like it's coming off

Easy to use, stays on well. Works great during ziplining! Also can secure onto helmets well without using additional helmet mount. Rubber on the inside helps it feel secure

The Head Strap is really useful if you are climbing, riding, hiking, etc...I have used it while golfing, riding ATV's and just walking through the woods. The strap can be adjusted to hold the camera firmly, but not be uncomfortable.

The head strap mount is the best mount for POV shots. I'm always wearing a hat and the head strap fits over it very Comfortably. Must have for gopro mounts.

How can you take a movie while still using both hands? This headstrap is great. Now you can see what I see as the action takes place. A riot! Fun,Fun,Fun.

I couldn't have recorded great videos without this for the Hawaii trip. I was quite satisfied how firmly it stays on underwater even with lots of waves.

Great camera/camcorder. I use it for snowboarding and sometimes attach it to my dog for a fun video. Takes a little of figuring out by yourself to get the right light, image size, etc. but altogether a great buy.

I bought this head strap to use with an Astak camera. It works perfectly using the exact same mounts as the GoPro camera. Simple easy to use product.
