Amazing quality! So small that I can take anywhere and I love that can swim with it

Great quality, easy to use, waterproof, and very easy to carry around

It's a bit limited compared to the heros 4, 5, and 6. The options don't show the same things that's the only difference. As far as quality and control, it works just the same. It's great under water. It's great while in action. It does everything that a regular gopro is suppose to do. Plus it's so easy to put away and travel with.

The camera is very nice! This is my 4th GoPro so I’m very familiar with the features I use most. The smaller size with built-in screen is fantastic! No more having to open up the waterproof housing. The only negative is that it won’t work with the GoPro remote, which I have. Would make it much easier taking selfies with a selfie-stick. Hopefully they’ll remedy this with an update. Overall a really cool camera, but needs one more feature.

I am a total beginner when it comes to camera work so I found this device friendly and easy to use. There were moments where I was unable to press on the screen after being submerged in the water. However, it still worked in the end. Battery life is so so, I bought extra batteries whenever I used them so I never ran out. Quality for me is pretty good, photo and video wise. Audio is pretty loud. Overall good product for the price.

I bought this action camera for my 10 year old because he aspires to be a Youtuber (I know I know). We took the camera to our Portland / Seattle trip and we did use the camera extensively. We could report that this camera was so easy to use and was so reliable even in raining weather. The only downside was that the battery life was not that good. We probably only got around 3 hours of shooting.

Let me start by saying, I also have the gopro hero 5 black. Although the go pro hero 5 has additional features (shoots at different speeds, etc) for the price you cannot beat the go pro hero. I would say it’s a great beginner product if you are uncertain about the go pro. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Purchased the Go Pro for cruise to Bermuda. Took snorkeling - wonderful video pictures. Also used on water slides. Then took pieces of each video outing and made one video of the whole trip to share with family. Everyone loved it! Go Pro is a bit expensive, but it was worth it. Easy to set up & use.

I have not had this for long, but it seems very user friendly. I am replacing my video camera with this and so far I have been please. The picture quality looks really good as well. It is so tiny compared to my previous video camera, so I think it will be easier to tote around and have to use.

Purchased this go-pro for a friends’ wedding gift for their honeymoon trip to islands. They were extremely pleased and said it was super easy to use, and the picture quality was amazing! If I’m not mistaken this is one of Go-pros “cheaper” cameras and is well worth the money.

I have a Hero 5 session GoPro of my own and I love it, so I knew this would also be a great camera, and I was right!! The touch screen that shows the video being recorded is really helpful to see how your film will come out. Navigating the screen to watch your videos or view your pictures is very easy to use. I wish the sound quality was as good as the Hero 5 session, but its still a pretty nice camera. The best pictures I've taken have been on a GoPro, and the photo quality is amazing. I also suggest buying GoPro's "The Handler" if you are purchasing this product. The Handler is the best grip I've used for my GoPro, and it makes filming much easier. I love this brand for action cameras and intend on staying with them.

Got this to record my son's baseball games and have been using for other activities and it's been great. Battery doesn't last too long but the spares are fairly cheap. Video quality is excellent. Almost had me considering getting the Hero 7 black.

i have this go-pro and i can't say enough about it : just a cpl things i wished was better : longer battery life : i got 5 batteries for it but wish for better life from them also i will not be switching to any of the new ones unless they have interchangeable batteries and so far i haven't seen any of them with that and that is disappointing : it runs for 2-4 hrs or so and once that is done you have to recharge the entire camera and possible not able to get that perfect pic you seen and now goes by and no more : so as soon as i know the batteries are interchangeable i wont be moving to another one awesome camera this one is tho

I have thought about buying a GoPro but thought I would not use it. This thing is amazing and super easy to use. My daughter loves it and she created a family vacation video recently that we will cherish forever. Very clear and easy.

I bought this entry level gopro for my travel adventures. I did not want to pay for some extra features. This is perfect with voice command, fantastic video resolution, great app to edit and capture pics and so easy/simple to use.

This camera takes great videos and photos. Compact enough to hold and quick power on enabled fast photos even when not ready to take a photo/video. Voice command option is very convenient when wanting to take selfies.

My grandson loves it. User friendly. He got a racing bike so he set the camera up while he was riding his bike and video himself doing jumps. I was amazed at all the functions this camera has. Great price for this camera.

I used this on a trip to Florida and it worked perfectly. I love all the features and enjoyed the ability to put it underwater with the alligators! The videos were excellent and the voice commands made things very easy.

I was very nervous when my 11 year old asked for a GoPro for his birthday, and very pleasantly surprised when I found out this model was under $200 and waterproof?! Great camera, great videos and wide pictures.

Got this as a birthday present. Very easy to operate, easy to download to the computer for editing.i bring this on the boat and it is water proof. I recommend this to anyone ready for an adventire.
