Great camera to start your GoPro experience, you can use this without a water case as long as you don’t use it for deep diving. My kids use this for scuba dive if and bike rides. You can talk to this and it will record which is great when your hands are nit free

My dad really wanted a GoPro for Father's Day so we got him one and the look on his face is priceless. He also does photography and videos for weddings and uses his Go Pro so he is really pleased with this quality.

It’s an awesome sports cam for the GoPro entry level for anyone. Sure it’s got most of the basics you truly need. Sure it doesn’t have the protune and 4K but the standard for most things today is 1080p so honestly who cares. The stabilization is next to perfect for my needs and wants. You don’t need to break the bank to get great quality.

This GoPro Hero is the perfect camera for action shots/videos. My boyfriend was given this as a Christmas gift and uses it in his PE classes that he teaches. The kids love watching their footage after class! Great sharp image and does not get blurry with speed!

Love this little action cam! This one does not have the features of the higher-grade models however for the price when I got it on Black Friday it is absolutely the best deal that was available in action cameras. It works flawlessly as does the software.

This is a great camera that is easy to operate for the beginner. The price for 1080p only is still too high, but you get GoPro quality and access to the GoPro/Quik apps. The combination is great for noobs.

Our first GoPro. I would only make one change- a strap. I don't want the camera stuck to my head when I am snorkeling- I want it in my hand. A strap or loop of some kind would make this easier. Other than that it is a wonderful little camera.

this camera works great with my motorcycle helmet. The one-click recording option is great. The quality is excellent from the playback. I was able to catch a few accidents which helped win lawsuits. Very rugged, charges fast.

This bare bones pro is just what was needed for parents who are new to the technology. A good price to practice getting those action shots both in and out of the water. It's nice that you can buy gear for it and also a good storage case.

I really enjoy this GoPro. The price point is really good and the video is amazing. I put this on my Drone and RC Plane and it produces some amazing shots. Long battery life and the back screen is stunning.

We bought this GoPro to go on vacation and record white water rafting and zipline plus horseback riding it worked great took nice videos and good pictures. I like the voice command when we were white water rafting no need for hands.

I spend a majority of my time on the water, and there has been great moments I wanted to capture but was to afraid to pull out my phone. This camera has solved all my problems!

Great tool for a beginner. I am %100 happy with this product, however, some videos will not record the sound sometimes. Not sure if this is a glitch or memory card is too full. Other than that, wish it could zoom more.

S I was in the marker looking for a new gopro I did my research on the New 7 series but could not afford the Hero 7 Black and i watched a ton of reviews on the silver ad white and Knew I needed Pro Settings which is only available in the Black Series. So I bought the Hero 2018 and found out you can install the Hero 5 Black firmware and Bamm recording in 4k within minutes and all the features of the Hero 5 black including GPS.

I purchased this to use on a long motorcycle trip this summer and it did take great videos. But I think if I were to do it again I would go for one of their more high end cameras. I think they do a better job of filtering out noise and vibration.

For the money, its best action camera on the market Comparing to the higher cost cameras this is laking some options. Knowing its not a 12MP still and 4k video camera, the images still look great.

I love it. Used it for a trip a couple of summers ago and really haven't used it much since. Have had a hard time getting my photos off with out downloading an app. My computer didn't have enough storage to have the app.

Very nice camera voice command and all. Did return due to battery life and accessory cost kit. I dont use cameras all the time. So went with something else.

It is a medium level camra, it has a good resolution in video, poor quality in taking photos. the battery using approximately 2 hours is not good, engenral is a good equipment for use of outdoor runs
