We wanted a cheaper version of the gopro to take for our first trip to Bermuda. It performed extremely well! My husband was able to take underwater video while snorkelling! Can't wait to take this to the Philippines. I gave it a 4 because it doesn't have a monitor to see what you're filiming. you have to look at your phone to see.

This is my 2nd GoPro camera, this one is so small it is perfect for most jobs, very easy to carry and even easier to use. One touch record is perfect for when this camera is mounted on my motorcycle helmet, just reach up and click, and I am recording, no looking for my cell phone, and no worried about what button to push. Love it

Great camera for GoPro, even though it’s just a revamped 4 it works great and takes great shots

I really like this new Go Pro model. It is working fine and am very satisfied with its quality.

The hero session is a great camera at a great value. The camera is very easy to use and carry with you anywhere. I take min everywhere I go because it fits in my pocket. The video quality is very good when shooting at 1080 60 frames. I would highly recommend this camera for any uses

After searching online for a camera, I finally decided that this was the one I would be taking home and I haven't regretted my decision. Images and sounds are clear and is easy to use.

We used this on our trip to Jamaica and it worked very well. Took it underwater for snorkeling and other water sports and it made some amazing videos. For the price it was a good value and it did just what we wanted.

I recently bought the go pro session because a I wanted to record my drumming during live performances and also to make promotional videos for my band, the go pro it's great for that, very light and easy to attached to almost every part on stage with the jam accessory the mic it's awesome the quality of sound and video it's great!

I bought the Session because of its size. I was able to attach three of these cameras to my GTR at my HPDE. The internal microphone of the Sessions were awesome. The audio recorded from the Session doesn't sounds like the under water sound of the standard GoPro with a underwater case.

I got this for my husband for Anniversary gift. He is a executive chef and wanted to take cool videos of the kitchen working hard, making beautiful food. He is so happy and says it's the best present. I would recommend and the price is a deal compared to the other ones.

I thought I already reviewed this item but I guess I didn't. incredible footage really easy to use very sturdy dependable. The application is really easy to use has provided really cool perspective on a lot of my hobbies. Really happy with this product and recommend it to anyone

Really great camera compact & really takes great pics & videos

I bought this for my Iceland trip, used throughout the trip (Behind the waterfalls, snowmobile activity, and capturing the landscape). The video quality is just awesome. Easy to operate. Haven't tried capturing the click. If you are looking for display, go for Hero 5.

Great little cam, especially for the price, but make sure get a sd card before trip

I much like the hero 5 and use it 99% of the time, but being able to conceal the hero session makes it better in that aspect. only problem I've had out of this camera would be trying to get it to connect to the phone on the gopro app. other than that, the camera is a great buy and well worth the money.

This thing is amazing. Better than anything else I’ve ever bought. Could have a little better resolution.

The camera part of the GoPro Session (4) is excellent, taking detailed video with great resolution, color, and contrast. The interface, through the WiFi wireless app is not so great, and I would have preferred more control features on the camera itself, so I don't have to juggle two devices to take videos. That said, you can access *almost* every setting through the screen and buttons on the unit, it is just a lot more complicated than it should have been. And this is for GoPro to think about: For the folks who don't want (or need) an app to connect to the device, how about providing a web management interface - this could easily be done through the WiFi system and would be OS-agnostic, future-proofing the device. If support for the management app ever goes away (or GoPro goes away), there will be no way to access some of the settings on the unit, updating firmware, etc. There probably are work-arounds, but a simpler interface would have been nice. So, 5-stars for the video, 3-stars for the interface, which averages out to 4 stars overall.

This GoPro is awesome for beginners or pros. I was a little leery to get it because unlike that Hero4 Silver it doesn't have and LCD screen. But it's super light and super easy to use. It works great on my little dog because it's so light he hardly notices it's there.
