The camera specs (1080p) are equivalent to my iphone 6s. That being said, i find the iphone 6s footage to be much clearer than my gopro session. The camera is lightweight so using the head attachment isn't a pain. Holds a charge well between uses. Extracting videos by popping out the sd card and putting it into an adaptor for the computer is a breeze. Dosen't normally come with an sd card, but best buy had a special that offered a free sd card with gopro session.

This thing is awesome. I have a couple other go pros but this is very convenient to be able to just push the button and it already is set up to record.

My fiance and I play a lot of paintball and partake in other extreme sports and activities. We've been wanting to film of our games and extreme adventuring for a while now. After purchasing the GoPro, we started filming every game. It has been a great way to catalog our excursions. The images/videos are hella crisp, great sound, and the overall quality makes this a worthwhile purchase.

You don't have to read reviews to know these GoPro cameras are the coolest way to record your memories since the Polaroid. That being said, if you grew up in the era of the polaroid you might find it a bit difficult to figure out at first. Once you do though there is no turning back from the amazing versatility, video and picture quality of this tiny box. Make sure you catch a sale. I got it for $149.99. You will need some accessories as well.

I bought the GoPro Hero for my fiancee. We haven't used it yet because it's still cold out, but we will be using it on the jet ski this summer. We have a few friends that already have one and they love it. Lots of fun pictures to post on Facebook. I will update my review once we start using it, but I am happy we bought it at Best Buy. They seem to have the best quality at reasonable prices

I purchased this camera to use on my honeymoon bc we were scuba diving. The camera shut off at 31 feet. We only dove 45 feet. I was disappointed with that bc we could've gotten an off brand camera to go deeper, but I trusted the gopro name. It's my fault bc it says so on the specs. You will also need to by mounts (headstrap, wrist mount, etc). Buy off brand ones, they are compatible. This camera is great for other water activities though.

This is the first go pro we have purchased. It was a very affordable model, extremely durable and easy to use. It recorded ATV tour, waterfall repelle and hiking in Kauai. Even our eight year old was able to record some of her favorite activities while we were on vacation. We are looking forward to using it again in the near future to record our favorite family memories.

I love it for how small it is. It fits in your pocket and takes amazing videos.
