The GoPro is a great little camera, simple to use, very small, takes great pictures.

It's small and compact and easy to use, crystal clear

I love this thing. It's super convenient and portable. Also water/dust proof! You can't beat this for the price. Battery life is my only gripe, but even that is easy to look past. It is called the 'Session' for a reason.

This was my first action camera. Have thought about buying one for years for use on the motorcycle and bicycle. The low price of the Session finally convinced me to buy one for a road trip to Colorado. It captured some amazing quality video while strapped to the hood of the car driving through the mountains. The only issue is that this compact design doesn't allow for battery swaps. It will get a couple hours of video before needing to be recharged via USB, and that can take a while. So if you really want to capture a lot of video without breaks, you will be better served by a higher end model. Still, for someone new to action cams, the Session is an awesome, affordable introduction to the world of camera accessories.

Earlier i wrote my opinion on this go pro by mistake on the mount lol Its great for the price and sound and the picture and the mic I use it on my helmet when i ride my motorcycle and in my truck But for some reason it’s freezes some time so i have to drain the battery and recharge it

Great action camera and easy to use. My son uses it for his MX and it performs great! Seems durable and a great size and weight for what he uses it for.

The biggest benefit of this camera is not needing anything else to use it wherever you want -- it's already waterproof. The one-button record makes it really easy to take videos in the water without having to review them on the go. (Beep feedback tells you whether it's starting or stopping recording.) All GoPro accessories work with this camera, so there's no need for another GoPro unless you want maximum resolution or frame rates.

i was looking at other brands cameras, but was attracted to the GoPro Session based on a) size and b) simplicity. at first i was worried the lack of a screen would be a hindrance, but this tiny camera makes up for it with a great app (who doesn't have a smartphone anyway?) and the drop-dead simplicity of use. click a button - start recording (or snap a picture), click the same button and stop recording. waterproof without the use of a housing, compatible with all go-pro mounts / accessories and super lightweight. you can't go wrong!

Used this in my wife's bouquet for our wedding. No one knew it was there and video is great with some really awesome candid shots! I totally recommend this if you want a discrete action camera.

I bought the GoPro Hero session for hiking, biking, camping, driving, etc. It lives up to its reputation for a small, durable, lightweight, & waterproof action camera. The only drawbacks I've experienced are the short battery life and its internal design (understandable for a waterproof design). The lack of a screen is also something worth noting but that would only increase the size and prize of the camera. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive action camera that can withstand the elements.

I really like the size of this camera and the fact that it is waterproof. I have some issues connecting to my phone, but, pretty sure it is an issue with my phone since i have issues with it connecting to other devices at times.

Price is right for an entry level action camera. Easy to use, waterproof and compact. There is a lag with the controls/buttons that takes a little getting used to but overall a very good camera for the novice action recorder.

Had a Hero 2 that I liked, but this one improves on all the complaints I had. Can now preview and control camera through iOS devices and it's water proof without a case (no more switching back and forth for waterproof vs better sound). And i thing it was $50 cheaper than the H2. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent product, as one might expect from GoPro. Compact, easy to use, high quality footage and photos. I love that it's waterproof without the need for an extra case. 4 stars because battery life isn't the best and you can't change the battery out, you have to recharge. You can recharge using a portable charging device but you can't submerge it while doing so and, the charge/microSD card port cover flap thingy wont open unless you take the camera out of the holding case it comes with.

The videos are really clear and crisp when played back. The only thing I wish is that you could see what you were recording at the time without using the phone app but the full size go pros offer that. This one is small enough to attache to almost anything and the under water videos are also exceptionally well when played back. Battery life is great also. One touch start/stop is another great feature.

Excellent camera. Simple to use, compact, and very light weight. Still learning to use it but having fun with it already.

This camera is very easy to use and the picture/video quality is amazing. Easy set up and very user-friendly when downloading to the computer. Great camera for anyone.

Really wanted a GoPro for awhile and have been looking around at different ones when I came across this one!! I love the size of it and how it is not bulky like the other ones! Makes an excellent dash came for your car, especially with the wide shot it captures everything and has a really clear shot. With the proper mounts and screws it gets a good shot any place you put it. Gets the job done and at a great price!!

I absolutely love this camera. It is smaller than the regular go-pro so you can put it in more places without it obstructing your view and what not. It is also waterproof right out of the box, no special case like the rest. It is cheaper than the others, and in my opinion, it is better. Easy video transferring with the android app! Best camera ever!

Bought the GoPro Hero Session for wearing while we go ATVing. It is super easy to use and the picture quality is excellent!
