I bought many cheap action cameras because I didn't want to spend the money on a gopro and several advertised being nearly as good. That was not the case. The sound and video on this is definitely better, easier to use, and smaller. I have had no problems or issues and it's so simple to mount on handlebars or carry around.

Great camera. Good quality HD 1080p video. Light weight and compact. Super easy to use with one button. The app is also easy to use. Battery lasts twice as long as my GoPro hero 3+. Great sound and the rubber boot on the mounting clips is also a big plus. Used it for a trip to the sand dunes in imperial San dunes California.

Great camera overall. Good price! Easy to operate, especially with the GoPro mobile app. I like the size very compact and easy to store. Pictures are good as well as underwater video capabilities. I am looking forward to use this in my other activites. Good for beginners like me. Just plug in your micro sd card and you're all set!

I use the camera on my helmet while out on the ATV. The camera takes a good quality video. Haven't tried stills yet. Wind noise doesn't seem too bad, but I have been riding in the woods, so speed is not over 25MPH or so. Battery life DID NOT hit the 2 hour mark. I was recording in 1080p 60fps. If you plan to record continually, you may want one of the other GoPros. Next time I may go lower quality to see if the battery lasts longer. The only other complaint I have is that you need to make sure that you hear the beep when you push the record button. I thought I was recording on one trail section, but wasn't, so we missed out on some good riverbed rock crawling. The cell phone app works well as a remote, but it didn't seem like a good option for what I was doing at the time. The free editor apps from GoPro's website seem adequate for guys like me who are not enamored with a bunch of editing and don't want to buy in to photoshop type software. There is not a mounting thread for a tripod either. I made a mount by drilling and tapping a small piece of aluminum flat stock and sticking one of the flat mounts on it. The tripod just screws into the bottom then. This was a 1st time buy for me and I wanted to spend less because I didn't know how often I would use it, so it is adequate for my limited use.

This action cam takes great video! Very compact and easy to use. Accessories are ample with this action cam!

This little camera is the best the video quality is incredible and I love how small and lightweight it is.

Very easy to use. Great battery life. Light weight. Sharp clear quality. Wifi capabilities is fantastic. Endless configurations for attachments. Very wide angle lense. Great buy for begginer photographers and advanced shooters. I thought 8mpx lense would not be enough, but shots come out super clear and vibrant.

I contemplated between this and the higher end with 4k but this one seems to do the job. I don't really notice any difference in quality and it takes wonderful wide shots. The technology is supposed to be simple with the one button but you really just need to get used to it. It didn't come with any instruction manual at all and the online videos didn't help much. Be prepared to test it yourself and watch a few youtube videos.

I've been waiting a while to move on one of these, waterproof to 33' without a case, compact, price seems to be as low as it was going to be (until a newer version appears), so finally made my move. Considered the 'Session', but thought for the little extra cost, what the heck, Well pleased!

I purchased this camera for my boyfriend so he could use it when he rides motorcycle. He is always watching YouTube videos of riders using GoPro so people can see where they ride. So I thought this was a great gift for his birthday and he absolutely loved it and it has great video quality the only thing tha is annoying is the fact that you can hear all the wind from his rides. Otherwise it’s a great gift for a beginner!

I would like to start out that I am new to the camera realm. But, the GoPro session really was simply flawless! The resolution and the video taking ability to such an adaptable peice is truly spectacular. The waterproof body is incredible, and not to mention the flawless design makes the camera easy to transport, film and carry. It takes simply one click to record, so it is amazing for beginners like me trying to capture life's greatest moments/memories in 1080p. The Bluetooth featrue really helps out when transferring the videos/pictures on to your mobile device with stunning speed and resolution. Not to mention the battery life that is more than impressive! 100 perfect would recommend this camera to anyone trying out new technology and peicing toghter life's greatest moments.

I'm glad I finally took the plunge and purchased this camera. I was going to buy one last year and was happy to see the price go down. I love that it is waterproof I can't wait to use it around water! It may be a little difficult for people who are not App savvy. Over all I'm very satisfied with the picture quality and ease of use.

I bought this for a trip to Akumal to film the turtles at our resort. We have five cameras and this took an even better video and pics. Small easy to keep up with and use. The GoPro app and directions are completely lacking but the device is amazing. Waterproof.

What a excellent camera! I tried several knockoffs before buying this one.. There is nothing like a gopro I dont care what the reviews say. THe quality cant be matched as well as the reliability. No worrying about missed the shot or video it will be there. The wide view is killer too something thats missing in the clones. Im totally satisfied and its true you get what you pay for..
