It's so tiny!! It's the best consumer-level GoPro I've ever seen. Haven't tested the waterproof part, but the picture quality is amazing. The smartphone WiFi control works amazingly - even if you go out of range, it doesn't stop recording or anything. The only problem I had was when I did a long time-lapse and it randomly stopped taking pictures and froze - needed to do a hard reset (hold the record and setting buttons simultaneously) in order to get it to respond. But other than that, this thing is fantastic! The audio quality (even though it's capped at 32 kHz) is still pretty good, and without the waterproof housing, you don't get that indistinguishable noise you get when touching the old GoPros. If you need a tiny camera for ANYTHING, GET THIS.

The go pro is small, lightweight, and waterproof. I carry it in my bookbag everyday. The simple 1 button push to start is super easy to use. The go pro app makes the go pro easy to edit and control your media.

I am an outdoorsman this camera has great quality of video. Very easy to use. The small equipment makes this camera very easy to take anywhere. Possibilities are endless what I can do with this camera.

We visited Maui and saw several people with GoPro cameras. They were compact, easy to use, had a wide field of view, and best of all could be used in the water. We wished that we had one on that trip.

I bought this for a trip to Maui for snorkeling and paddle boarding. I could not get the GoPro to work. Fortunately the paddle board instructor knew how to get it to film. Could not download long videos. I did not feel confident to take snorkeling, so I used my Olympus underwater camera for snorkeling. I finally had to watch online videos to learn how to operate the GoPro. I was sorry I was not able to use it for snorkeling. The quality of the picture is fantastic. Download to iPhone took forever! Fastest download was to my computer photo library.

I purchased this camera for use during outdoor activities. I wanted something I could take with me for fly fishing and easily transfer in and out of the water. It works great for just that and the sound quality is great as well when going from submerged to out of the water. I also use the camera for hunting and mount it to my bow. It works great for anything with in 10 yards but outside that it's hard to get a clear picture of the object I'm wanting to video tape. Again this is a POV camera and designed for just that, so understanding this I'm not upset with the camera quality for hunting scenarios. The camera is also very user friendly and the Wi-Fi feature is excellent.

Works well for recording fast action sporting. Small enough to mount just about anywhere and waterproof so can use snorkeling. For best quality video get the UH write speed micro SD card.

Love this dash cam. Works great. Wish battery would last longer but comparing to others its actually really good. Love that it's small and waterproof. Able to use it anywhere!!

Got this for our vacation because we were scuba diving. It was very easy to use and the videos came out amazing. Battery life is not the best but for its size I can't complain.

Great GoPro for half the price. It's waterproof from the get go so you dont have to buy the waterproof case for it. Great sound and great picture. Highly recommended.

Purchased this camera for my 6 year old. Works great. Very intuitive and easy to use. One button operation to start and stop recording. Audible and LED indication makes it easy to know when it is recording or not. Wireless works great. We are able to sync to his ipad and upload, view, and edit videos directly. He is very comfortable with the platform, so he needs very little assistance. Also very easy to view and share his videos. He gets about 35 minutes of video on an 8 gig SD card. Small size is perfect for little hands, and the supplied mounts worked perfectly for attaching to his bicycle helmet.

I love how small it is and the quality of videos and pictures that it takes. Definitely a good gopro beginner camera. I don't worry about it getting wet.

I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She enjoys taking it skiing and doing any of her other hobbies. I will be getting more accessories for her to add to her collection because the sky is the limit with this camera! LOVE IT

I did plenty of research before committing to purchasing a GoPro camera. I went to BestBuy and still had questions regarding the different options and the sales representatives were extremely helpful when it came to answering my questions. In the end, the best option for me at the time was the GoPro session and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It is small enough that traveling with it is effortless and it is user friendly and synced with the iOS app easily. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is on the fence about whether or not to invest in a GoPro.

This is a very neat device ! I bought it since we were going on vacation and it's water proof , I got some pretty awesome pics and video w this !

This GoPro takes great videos. Very easy to work. Just press the red button on top to start and again to stop. But since this camera does not have a viewing screen, you will just have to guesstimate your viewing angle. You can pair with a phone or tablet to watch what is recording. I use my tablet off to the side when I am recording stationary videos. I use a flexible unipod that has a suction cup on the bottom. This give me better stability when recording moving shots and is suctioned to flat surfaces when necessary. Just remember with a GoPro, you will always have the fisheye type videos, even when set to medium. I do recommend this device.

My son was absolutely thrilled with this gift and the best part is it’s been several months and it isn’t broken yet haha... seriously he takes cool videos of skateboarding, biking, riding and even sledding. This was a hit, thanks!

I personally think this camera is good for people that are in adventure activities. It is not useful for any other kind of things. I bought it because I wanted to record the soccer games of my kid, but the resolution and the distance does not allow me to have nice videos.

We were flying out to Maui the following night so we ran into BestBuy minutes before they closed and an associate recommended this GoPro for its simplicity to use for newbies. With no time and nothing but hope that the associate was steering us in the right direction I am pleased to write that this was a great purchase and we returned from Maui with some amazing underwater video as well as zip lining video thx to the associate.
