I purchased this GoPro with the simple goal of recording a family trip after three years apart, and it far exceeded my expectations. The video quality is outstanding—crisp, vibrant, and professional-looking. Audio is clear and captures the atmosphere perfectly, even in busy environments. What truly sets this apart is its portability and ease of use. It’s lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry everywhere without missing a moment. Most importantly, being able to capture and preserve the precious moments with my family after such a long time made this investment truly worthwhile. Whether you're using it for casual memories or more adventurous activities, this GoPro is incredibly versatile. I couldn’t be more satisfied with its performance, and I know I’ll be using it for a variety of occasions in the future. Pros: After using the GoPro HERO 13 for about a month now I can say this 1. Excellent quality of video in daytime. Crisp and clear video quality resolution. 2. Audio is excellent the built in microphone does a great job of recording audio clearly with out distortion. 3. Light weight and portable I filmed a local event and amongst the many videos I took the longest shot was about 30 mins and my arm never got tired. 4. The battery from the Go Pro alone was insane I recorded for a good while and barely hit 80% battery life and im talking about a good 3+ hours but less than 4 hours were I periodically recorded video clips ranging from different time lengths from 5 mins to 30 mins being the longest average recording time I would say about 12 mins. 5. The additional batter pack/ tripod is very well made and has a great ergonomic desgin being able to hold the Go Pro for a good while without getting tired. 6. The light that comes with it was probably the one that surprised me the most even though it is small do not underestimate its brightness I got several complaints from the crowd that the light was TOO bright LOL now it wont light up a forest but in close range you have decent lighting for such a small led light. 7. Front facing screen really helps to know where you are filming if you are doing a selfie type of video shoot or like a vlog. CONS: 1. My biggest issue is Noise grain in the video quality now I AM NO EXPERT nor am i a video professional im just a guy who likes to film stuff and make my own videos but I can say at night time you can definitely see the grainy videos. Perhaps I need some video editing training to be able to remove the grain in my videos but yes the noise grain is clearly visibli AT NIGHT ! 2. The LED light battery drain really fast. I know its a small light and well small light small battery especially for the power that this thing shines at the battery died pretty fast in the 3+ hours I filmed the light lasted about 1 hour now mind you I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL so I dont know what is a good amount of time for a light of this capacity to run for . 3. Instructions. This one is for the Go Pro Team, guys please place instructions on how to mount the light and YOU BUYE BEWARE. Watch a video on how to properly mount you light because I mounted mine BACKWARDS and the one way safety lock got stuck and it was EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY !!!!!!!!!!! difficult to release so please becareful with though or your in for a world of headached. 4.Case comes with a cardboard thing i dont know the proper word to name it but basically its where you place all your gear in your case and well its flimsy and its not that great of quality so maybe Go Pro put some foam next time. 5. Setting in the camera are hard to find you have to swipe down on the screen like a phone to be able to access the Go Pro Settings maybe this one was my fault maybe i didnt read the instructions correctly. 6. Screen doesnt stay on when recording. I know that that feature is to save batter but I wish you could leave the screen on permanently but you cant i think the longest it remains on is for about 15 minutes and then shuts off. Made me feel as if the Go Pro wasnt recording but it was i continues to record just makes you think its not . Well thats my review I hope it helps with your purchase thank you I have no regrets buying this Go Pro I always wanted one and I finally was able to purchase one. If you buy one remember dont take it to seriously and go and have some FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Camera overheated in 30 minutes making the Volta Battery grip unusable (got error), you cannot use the Volta grip buttons with the Media Mod housing on and you have to have a go pro account to use as a streaming camera. And oh by the way. It only acts as a auxillary camera to your mobile device. So youtube treats your camera as a mobille device and you cannot use the camera while plugged in. For the money, it does not perfom better than my phone. Only if you really need the waterproof features does it serve a purpose.

i loved the go pro, i just wanted something i could film myself doing hobbies that i like . i like how if you purchase the kit, it comes with all the accessories you need like the tripod and light pad . only thing i didn’t like is that the go pro gets really hot when it records for awhile .

is a waste of money. Membership, all the accesories, extra batteriees, it was over $1400 is not worth it, your new release is garbage by overheating in leass than 30 minutes.

GoPro have been great when it comes to action camera. I love the video quality and the product is great in all aspects. However I think it’s time for GoPro to offer us a bigger sensor so we can get great performance in low light conditions. If you are going to be recording in daylight you will love this camera. But if you are going to be recording in low lighting situations and inside just go for the action 5 pro, Osmo pocket or Ace pro since those has better performance in low lighting. I love GoPro and the communication between the GoPro and my smartphone is unbeatable. But it’s performance in low light is just unsatisfying

Really digging this camera. Video quality is impressive. The camera automatically uploads to the cloud, and voice commands work OoB

I use it to go on fun advetures hike,run and swimming and the gym the wuality is the best and handling is easy 10/10 i recomend

This a fantastic kit to get you started, just about everything you need to get you started in vlogging comes in the box. The reason I only gave it 4 Stars is only because this camera is terrible in low light, other than that it a great action camera to use durning daylight and well lit areas.

I've been using the GoPro Hero 13 for a few weeks now, and overall, it's an impressive upgrade. The video quality is stunning—4K footage is crisp, vibrant, and smooth, even in lower light conditions. The new stabilization feature is noticeably improved, making it perfect for action shots and travel videos. I also love the touchscreen interface; it's super responsive and user-friendly. Battery life has definitely improved compared to previous models, but it could still be better, especially when shooting at higher resolutions. Also, the app can sometimes be glitchy when trying to transfer files wirelessly. Despite those minor issues, the Hero 13 is a solid action camera with fantastic performance and image quality. It’s great for content creators, adventurers, or anyone wanting to capture life on the move. Just keep a spare battery handy, and you’ll be good to go!

Exactly as expected. The sale price made this a good but for me. The only downside I see to this GoPro is the low light quality. Overall meets my needs.

I love the camera and set up but wish in these cases you could zoom in and out. It’s more for active shots and not so much cooking type vlogs that I was wanting to do.

cant really rate was told once put together with stand was still water proof unfortunatley was not camera used 1 time and will not work not more only water proof with out extension battery
