Had a GoPro Hero 1st gen before. And this one is brilliant. Good to have screen with preview of what captured photo will look like. The other side of this is shorter battery life. Great feature - start recording with just pressing one button when the camera is turned off. But Cons: when capturing a video, first second is almost muted (possibly because of button click noise cancellation that was it previous versions), you should keep that in mind

Great camera with an intuitive interface. I set mine to wide field 2.7K 30fps to get 2.5 hrs on a 64GB microsd card. Battery lasted about an hour of use so its important to carry a backup battery to get at least 2hrs of video. Did have one problem where the camera hung up where I had to remove the battery to reset it. This happened on the 2nd day of usage. I chalked it up to me switching modes and pressing buttons to start/stop video, take pictures while video on... trying all the features. Later I discovered that it had gotten into Burst mode and took 300+ photos in a matter of seconds and the touch screen and buttons were not responding. Also the screen went blank. Haven't had the problem since but also haven't played with switching all the modes again either.

Seems to be a good product so far My last GoPro (earlier version) took great video, but the piece of junk had a defect that caused it to “think” the video card was always full. Hope this one works properly

My son has wanted a GoPro for two years and I kept researching to find the best one for him, and this is it. Very easy to use and just an awesome camera.

This is my first go pro. I love this thing. I was able to record my son playing sports and we are using it to sharpen skills and we are making memories.

Easy to use, still learning the software. Takes awesome video, photos and burst photo sets. Cool gadget hope to use with off roading, hiking and travel.

My son loves his GoPro. This is the second one I’ve bought him. The first one was the basic but we upgraded to this one because of how much he uses it.

I have an older GoPro and decided to purchase the 5 that has many improvements. So far I satisfied with the results, it's lighter, faster, and I like the voice command device to control the camera.

Great Christmas gift for my hubby. Played with it a bit before wrapping. The images are clear and just what we wanted for our adventures.

Much more affordable then the 6 with insanely good 4k footage! You can even do 1080p 120 fps. Best Part: You can do waterproof without a bulky case!! Captures sound really well too.

This is my first gopro and I haven’t regretted the purchase one bit! There may be cheaper options out there but this gopro is amazing!

I love this product. This is very nice for outdoor activities and overall the picture quality is very good compared to older devices.

I love this camera. The video quality is good, I used it during skiing and the video was awesome. No complaints about this product.

The only problem I am having is trying to figure out how to work the apps and transfer my videos from my old go pro onto my iPad. Otherwise I am very impressed with these products

My only complaint with GoPro is they are not good for night time filming, otherwise, these things are awesome. Bought this to replace an older model GoPro that didn't have the LCD on the back, quality is better and super easy to use!

I love my GO PRO. Take beautiful photos and videos and you can program from your cell phone. You can make whatever you want. The only thing i don't like is the battery.
